Projects
THE WHARF RENOVATIONS
HARRIS COUNTY | HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS
DCCM served as the civil engineer managing utility modifications, permitting, and construction, including a new dock connection and suspended utility systems to address buoyancy and accessibility. When an undocumented seawall was discovered during construction, DCCM quickly adjusted the design to maintain the project schedule and coordinate with the City of St. Augustine.
MICKLER LANDING BOARDWALK RESTORATION
ST. JOHNS COUNTY | ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA
DCCM provided engineering services for the restoration of Mickler’s Landing Boardwalk after it was damaged by Hurricane Matthew. The project included designing a replacement boardwalk across a sensitive dune area, parking lot improvements with horse trailer parking, drainage upgrades, and the addition of two new park pavilions to restore public beach access while meeting regulatory and environmental standards.
VILANO BEACHFRONT PARK
ST. JOHNS COUNTY | ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA
DCCM provided comprehensive planning, engineering, and landscape architectural services for Vilano Beachfront Park in St. Johns County, Florida. The project features a pavilion for community events, ADA-accessible infrastructure, new recreational amenities, and environmentally sensitive improvements that earned recognition for inclusive and sustainable design.
