Rescue Adoption Event Returns to Guilford By Aaron Rubin Staff Writer
A popular rescue dog adoption event will be returning to Bishop’s Orchards Farm Market for a third time on Saturday, Oct. 18 and promises to be a family-oriented event filled with joy for the fall season and the possible anticipation of bringing home a new
member of the family. The event returns via the collaborative efforts between Clarity Medical Aesthetics of Guilford and Jenni’s Rescue Ranch of Alvin, Texas. Visitors will be greeted by 30 puppies and adult dogs who have been rescued and are sure to “melt everyone’s heart,” said event coordinator Hannah Lintner Hickey. Clarity and Jenni’s Rescue organized the
first two adoption events at Bishop’s last year in June and October, both of which were successful enough to return this month. Lintner Hickey, who supported Midgley’s interest in the first adoption event held a year ago, said the autumn setting provides a “natural fit” for a family-oriented event with a See Rescue Adoption Event page 10
