The Chocuise range from Royal Steensma is designed for refining your fine baked goods. It has a chocolate-like taste and the shine & snap typical of chocolate. It also impresses with its excellence coverage, short solidification time and smooth texture. Chocuise is ideal for baked goods stored at room temperature. For bakery items that require refrigeration or freezing, Royal Steensma Souplesse is your go-to choice.

HOW TO USE CHOCUISE?
FOR WHAT TO USE CHOCUISE?
Take the required amount Chocuise flakes into a bowl and warm up to 45 - 50 degrees. Let it cool down (40-45 degrees) to the desired viscosity and apply to your bakery product.
Use Chocuise coatings on any type of bakery product where you would typically use chocolate. Simply pour or drizzle it over your creations for a perfect finish, or use it for dipping to achieve excellent results.
