APPLICATION RECIPE
• 1000 g mix + 380 g water
• Mix it for 1 minute on slow speed, then 3 minutes at middle speed (batter T° 22°C)
• Let the batter rest for minimum 10 minutes
• Frying time 1 minute on each side at 190°C
• Need the specific French crueller plunger
