Vegan Chocolate Crème 450g Cake batter 250g Avocado frosting Decoration: Chocolate, fresh avocado
BASIC RECIPES 1. Chocolate Crème Cake Batter Dawn Balance® Crème Cake 1000g Mix Vegan Cocoa 500g Water 200g Vegetable oíl 1700g Total

Combine the water, vegetable oil and Dawn Balance® Crème Cake Mix Vegan Cocoa. Mix with a flat beater for 3 minutes on medium speed. Fill into 18cm ring forms and bake. Baking temperature: Deck oven 190ºC / Fan oven 160°C. Baking time: 40-45 minutes.
2. Avocado Frosting •
Mix avocado and lemon juice to puree, add powdered sugar and margarine and mix up with a whisk until the frosting is smooth.
ASSEMBLY • •
Sandwich chocolate layers with avocado frosting. Decorate with fresh, sliced avocado and vegan chocolate decorations.
