Vegan Avocado-Chocolate Cake COMPOSITION

1. Chocolate Crème Cake Batter

Vegan Chocolate Crème Cake batter
250 g Avocado frosting Decoration: Chocolate, fresh avocado
BASIC RECIPES 1. Chocolate Crème Cake Batter Dawn Balance® Crème Cake 1000 g Mix Vegan Chocolate 500 g Water 200 g Vegetable oíl 1700 g Total
2. Avocado Frosting

Mix water, vegetable oil and Crème Cake Mix Vegan Chocolate. Mix 3 minutes with a flat beater on medium speed. Fill into ring forms and bake. Baking temperature: Deck oven 190ºC / Fan oven 160°C. Baking time: 40-45 minutes.
2. Avocado Frosting •
Mix avocado and lemon juice to puree, add powdered sugar and margarine and mix up with a whisk until the frosting is smooth.
ASSEMBLY • •
Sandwich chocolate layers with avocado frosting. Decorate with fresh, sliced avocado and vegan chocolate decoration.

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater. Mix for 1 minute at slow speed - Scrape Down - Mix for another 2 minutes at slow speed. Deposit 70g of muffin batter into a muffin tray with paper cups. Top with a sprinkle of almond/pistachio mix or crumble. Bake in a deck oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
