WORKING METHOD • Mix all ingredients for 3-4 minutes with a flat beater on medium speed. Fill into the desired cake mould.
T° AND BAKING TIME: • Bake at 170ºC / 175ºC (deck oven) / 150 ºC (fan oven) for +/- 40-50 minutes depending on size.
