Creme Cake
Our Creme Cake bases have outstanding versatility to make a wide variety of products, including muffins, bunt cakes, loaf cakes and more. R&H ® developed the “Original” Creme Cake in the 1960’s when a test baker added a custard style pie filling and vegetable oil to R&H ® White Cake Base. The resulting product was absolutely amazing! Our creme cake formula remains the same today with a wonderful flavour, a long shelf-life, a delicious pudding style eating texture, incredible fruit suspending capabilities, and remarkable tolerance under the most extreme bakery conditions.
