Our summer guest programme offers a wide range of leisure opportunities in sport, culture or excursions for the young and not-so-young. The 65 activities take place several times between May and October (a total of over 800 experiences between Monday and Sunday). And what's best: there is no minimum number of participants.

Eligibility
The summer guest programme is available to all guests with a valid guest card (Davos Klosters Premium Card or Davos Klosters Private Card). To be eligible, the guest card must be valid at the time of the booked activity.
Conditions of participation
The conditions of participation (e.g. valid lift pass, required clothing/equipment, minimum age, height etc.) are described in the programme booklet and at davos.ch/ guest-programmes or klosters.ch/guest-programmes. By registering, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the conditions of participation and unreservedly confirms that he/she has fulfilled them.
Registration
Guests can register for activities no earlier than 14 days before the actual activity is due to take place either online at davos.ch/ guest-programmes , klosters.ch/guest-programmes or in person at one of the two Visitor Information Offices in Davos (Talstrasse 41) or Klosters (Alte Bahnhofstrasse 6). Reservations by phone and e-mail are not possible. Please note the registration deadline for the individual activities as outlined in the programme booklet.
Participation restrictions
Each person may book a maximum of five different activities and a maximum of five tickets per activity. For families: A maximum of five different activities per family and a maximum of one ticket per family member and activity. A participant may take part in each activity only once during the summer season. In the event of a violation of the participation restrictions, DDO is entitled to immediately exclude the person from all summer guest programme activities for an indefinite period.
Registration fee
A charge per person and activity is made for all activities. Please note: these are prices per
participant and there is no discounted rate for children or senior citizens. The charges are listed in the programme booklet and at davos.ch/guest-programmes or klosters.ch/ guest-programmes
Meeting points
Refer to the programme booklet for the exact meeting place for the activities. Please arrive on time and ready to go at the respective meeting point. Should you be delayed, the guide and the service provider will be unable to wait for registered participants.
Identification of participants
The Premium Card/Private Card (guest card) and the registration confirmation (voucher) for the activity must be shown to the guide at the start of the activity (physically or digitally) (for each individual registered/participating person).
Cancellation / No-shows
Please bear in mind that your registration is binding. If you are prevented from attending, cancellation is mandatory no later than the closing date for registration for the activity (by phone on +41 (0)81 415 21 21 or by e-mail to info@davos.ch or info@klosters.ch). This offers other guests the opportunity to register for the activity. The registration fee paid at the time of registration will not be reimbursed for timely cancellation, late cancellation or in the event of a “no-show”. DDO will spend all income received from the summer guest programme for the aforementioned reasons (timely/later cancellation, no-shows) on climate protection projects.

SARDASCA LOOP –CHALLENGING MOUNTAIN HIKE T3

This autumnal circular hike from Sardasca leads across the Upper Silvretta up to the Scharte mountain pass, where the terrain becomes increasingly alpine, before descending via the remote Unghürboden into the Seetal valley. A short stop is planned at the unstaffed SAC Seetal Hut before the route continues back to Sardasca. The Gotschna Taxi will pick you up at Klosters Platz railway station and bring you back there after the hike. Duration 5–6 hours including breaks, Ascent/descent 1100 m, Distance 9.1 km

JAKOBSHORN RIDGE HIKE

Moderately difficult, beautiful and eventful hike from the Jakobshorn over the Jatzhorn, on to the Witihüreli, to the Tällifurgga. Then descend to the Sertig valley. The seven-kilometre hike has an elevation gain of around 200 meters and a descent of 700 meters. Duration approx. 3.5 to 4 hours incl. picnic.

The Flüela Trail is very popular as an after-work trail. Every Friday evening, the bike shuttle takes you up to the Flüela Hospice or Tschuggen. From the trail entrance at the top of Flüelapass (North side), simply follow the trail out of the valley. The trail is very technical at the beginning but becomes increasingly easy as it goes on. The flow really picks up from Tschuggen onwards.

MARBLE MEETS THE ALPS –ART APPRECIATION WITH APERITIF

Experience art up close in Klosters with the internationally renowned artist Christian Bolt from Klosters. In this open-air gallery, shop windows open up to unique artistic worlds. GUIDED TOUR AT THE WSL INSTITUTE FOR SNOW AND AVALANCHE RESEARCH SLF
Visit the SLF and learn more about the tasks and research projects of the Institute for Snow and Avalanche Research on a guided tour. A 15-minute film first provides an overview of the institute’s activities and research fields. Afterwards, you will be guided through the exhibition, where the daily work of the researchers is presented. A short visit to the cold laboratory completes the experience.

In the Dischma valley near Davos live red deer, roe deer, chamois, wolves and various bird species. Observing these animals is often difficult, as many of them are very shy. Visit the crystal collection at the Graubünden Mining Museum.Here you can learn about into the diversity of rocks and the geological formation of the Davos landscape. During an easy hike along the historic Zügen road, you will learn how glaciers and landslides shaped the landscape, how transport routes have developed since the Middle Ages, and how hydropower is used today. The tour concludes at Wiesen station with a view of the impressive Wiesen railway viaduct.

General
The conditions of participation apply to all services provided by Davos Destinations-Organisation (cooperative), as the organiser, as part of the summer guest programme (former «Davos Klosters Active»). Administration and coordination of the summer guest programme is provided by the Davos Destinations-Organisation, hereinafter referred to as DDO, on behalf of the service providers who organise and carry out the activities offered.
Eligibility
The summer guest programme is available to all guests with a valid guest card (Davos Klosters Premium Card or Davos Klosters Private Card). To be eligible, the guest card must be valid at the time of the booked activity.
Conditions of participation
The conditions of participation (e.g. valid lift pass, required clothing/equipment, minimum age, height etc.) are described in the programme booklet and at davos.ch/ guest-programmes or klosters.ch/guest-programmes. By registering, the participant acknowledges that he/ she has read and understood the conditions of participation and unreservedly confirms that he/she has fulfilled them.
Registration
Guests can register for activities no earlier than 14 days before the actual activity is due to take place either online at davos.ch/guest-programmes, klosters. ch/guest-programmes or in person at one of the two Visitor Information Offices in Davos (Talstrasse 41) or Klosters (Alte Bahnhofstrasse 6). Reservations by phone and e-mail are not possible. Please note the registration deadline for the individual activities as outlined in the programme booklet.
Participation restrictions
Each person may book a maximum of five different activities and a maximum of five tickets per activity. For families: A maximum of five different activities per family and a maximum of one ticket per family member and activity. A participant may take part in each activity only once during the summer season. In the event of a violation of the participation restrictions, DDO is entitled to immediately exclude the person from all summer guest programme activities for an indefinite period.
Registration fee
A charge per person and activity is made for all activities. Please note: these are prices per participant and there is no discounted rate for children or senior citizens. The charges are listed in the programme booklet
and at davos.ch/guest-programmes or klosters.ch/ guest-programmes.
Group bookings
The summer guest programme is an offer aimed at individual guests with a valid guard card and is not intended for groups. Please contact the respective organiser directly to book a (chargeable) experience outside of the guest programme for group bookings of 6 people or more.
Meeting points
Refer to the programme booklet for the exact meeting place for the activities. Please arrive on time and ready to go at the respective meeting point. Should you be delayed, the guide and the service provider will be unable to wait for registered participants.
Identification of participants
The Premium Card/Private Card (guest card) and the registration confirmation (voucher) for the activity must be shown to the guide at the start of the activity (physically or digitally) (for each individual registered/ participating person).
Exclusion
The responsible guide and/or the service provider can exclude the person from the activity should a participant not fulfil the conditions of participation (e.g. valid lift pass, required clothing/equipment, minimum age, height etc.) It is at the discretion of the guide and/or the service provider whether to exclude a participant from the activity if the participant cannot be clearly identified at the start of the activity (see above “Identification of participant”). Participation in the activity under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other mind-altering substances, as well as the consumption of these substances before or during the activity, is strictly prohibited. In the event of an infringement, the fallible person will be immediately excluded from the said activity and will be excluded from all offers included in the summer guest programme for an indefinite period of time. If a participant does not turn up for the registered activity without having cancelled in advance, DDO will be entitled to exclude the person(s) with immediate effect from all offers by the summer guest programme for an indefinite period of time.
Cancellation / No-shows
Please bear in mind that your registration is binding. If you are prevented from attending, cancellation is mandatory no later than the closing date for registration for the activity (by phone on +41 (0)81 415 21 21 or by e-mail to info@davos.ch or info@klosters.ch). This offers other guests the opportunity to register for the activity. The registration fee paid at the time of regis-
tration will not be reimbursed for timely cancellation, late cancellation or in the event of a “no-show”. DDO will spend all income received from the summer guest programme for the aforementioned reasons (timely/ later cancellation, no-shows) on climate protection projects.
Cancellation of individual activities
If an activity is not carried out for reasons exclusively attributable to the service provider or DDO, the registration fee will be credited for possible participation in another activity of the summer guest program in the same year. If the participant cannot or does not wish to take part in a «substitute activity», the registration fee will be refunded. The same procedure applies to activities that cannot be carried out due to force majeure (bad weather, natural disaster, epidemic, etc.).
Barrier-free activities

Images
The service providers and DDO reserve the right to use any footage taken by the guides of expériences within the summer guest programme for printed products, websites and image galleries. Participating people can be recognised on the image material (photos and/ or videos). By registering for an activity, participants consent to the use of this image material without compensation.
Personal data
We are passionate about data protection and aim to fulfil all legal requirements with regard to your privacy. We record personal data during the registration process. This data is only used for when you register, unsubscribe or in connection with matters regarding the summer guest programme (e.g. quality survey). The data will not be used for marketing purposes nor passed to third parties.
Insurance / Liability
Participation in summer guest programme activities is at your own risk. Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance. DDO and the service providers disclaim any and all liability for direct and indirect damages, which participants and/or third parties experience from or in connection with summer guest programme activities. The individual business and liability provisions of the respective service provider apply to each and every activity.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law will apply to all legal relationships in connection with the activities of the summer guest programme and between the participants and the service providers and DDO, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Davos.
