timpte, inc. | david city, nebraska Timpte Inc. wanted to make a statement of commitment to its employees, to its customers, to the community of David City and to rural America, showing that Timpte was going to be there supporting all of them well into the future. That statement was made with the design of their new corporate office. The corporate office was aligned on the main campus entrance to be the ‘jewel’ that attracted attention and brought people in. The 30,000 square foot corporate office houses the engineering group, accounting team, senior executive staff and other personnel. The entire project consisted of the construction of three new buildings on the campus, the relocation of one existing building, an addition onto the existing factory building and a major facelift and remodel of the existing factory offices – along with major grading and hard surfacing improvements.

The entire eastern and southern sides of the building were made of glass walls designed for customers to view product displays. The trailer showroom, much like an automobile dealership, was designed to be inviting and draw the customer in. It was also set up so that a variety of products and fully completed trucks could be on display. In addition, the showroom can be used for campus and corporate events and was outfitted with audio and visual support to handle groups as large as 250.
