For the full, regularly updated menu, see the Dave's Hot Chicken Menu Price Guide — an independent, fan-made resource with no connection to the official Dave's Hot Chicken brand. The Numbered Combos The menu is built around four numbered combos. Every combo includes crinkle-cut fries, kale slaw, sliced bread, pickles and Dave's Sauce — what changes is how much chicken you get, and in what form. Combo

The 7 Spice Levels Every chicken item can be ordered at any of seven heat levels, at no extra cost. The heat is applied as a seasoned rub and spiced oil after frying, so the level changes the flavour on the surface of the chicken. • No Spice — plain fried chicken with salt and pepper; nothing hot at all. • Lite Mild — gentle warmth and seasoning; the safe first order for cautious eaters. • Mild — smoky and slightly sweet, closer to a barbecue rub than a chilli hit. • Medium — a real kick that most people can finish comfortably; a good starting point for first-timers. • Hot — serious burn; keep a drink handy. About as far as most regulars go. • Extra Hot — sustained heat that builds through the meal. • Reaper — made with Carolina Reaper pepper; some locations ask you to sign a waiver before

ordering.

Choosing a level costs nothing extra, so start lower than you think — you can always go hotter next time.

Money-Saving Tips • Order direct for pickup. Delivery apps typically add 20–25% to menu prices before fees. A combo

that costs $14.99 direct can be $18 or more through a delivery app. • Compare the combo to the pieces. Dave's #4 ($11.89) is the cheapest full combo, but a single

slider ($6.99) plus a side of fries ($3.99) comes to about $10.98 if you don't need the slaw and bread. • Share bites, not combos. A 10-piece Dave's Bites ($7.99) split between two people with a side of

fries is one of the cheapest ways to eat together. • Skip the shake if you're on a budget. A classic shake ($4.99+) costs more than most sides; water

keeps the bill down — and cools the burn for free. • Feed groups with Hot Boxes. At $50+ for tenders and $70+ for sliders, a Hot Box usually beats

buying individual combos for four or more people.

Ordering Tips • First visit? Start at Medium. It's the level most first-timers find interesting without being punishing,

and you can adjust up or down next time. • Mix heat levels in a combo. Order one item hotter and one milder so you can balance the burn

across the meal. • Combos already include the extras. Fries, kale slaw, sliced bread, pickles and Dave's Sauce

come with every numbered combo — don't pay for them twice as sides. • Reaper needs a waiver at some locations. If you want the hottest level, be prepared for the

paperwork. • Check prices before you go. Prices vary by location and change over time.

Closing That's the quick tour: combos from about $11.89, sliders and tenders a la carte, sides from $3.99, and seven spice levels at no extra charge.
