MATCHDAY ITINERARY We are delighted that you will be joining us and we look forward to welcoming you and your guests to DW Stadium. Please use the entrance on Loire Drive, Robin Park Road to access the hospitality reception. The box opens two and a half hours before kick-off, please arrive no later than 90 minutes prior. The dress code is smart casual. Ripped denim, trainers, rugby shirts, team wear or shorts are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the DW stadium and facilities. Under no circumstances will ticket-holders be permitted to leave the Club’s stadium on a match day to smoke with the view to being re-admitted. The Club operates a no re-admittance policy. PARKING AT DW STADIUM IS THERE PARKING AT DW STADIUM? If you need car parking access please contact Jasmine Trobe, Events & Hospitality Manager, Davanti Tyres to book in your space. Once booked in you will be able to park in Car Park 3, if you follow WN5 0UN, this will direct you to the correct place and the stewards will have a list on arrival to check you off. Once you are parked up, you can make your way to the Main West Stand Reception, and within the foyer you will find the ticket collection desk.
* Please refrain from using the Robin Retail Park car parks as these are not official matchday car parks. Supporters who use this car park are at risk of being clamped and fined.
