We’re so happy to have you staying with us This beautiful five bedroom, three bathroom home sits right on the Palm Beach hillside and offers some truly stunning Pittwater sunset views. It’s a special place to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together.

FINDING SUNSET PALMS

Sunset Palms is located at 834 Barrenjoey Road, Palm Beach NSW 2108 and is best accessed by car

PARKING

Parking is available at the top of a steep driveway, with space for up to four cars at the property. Please drive up slowly and carefully when arriving.

Your keys will be waiting in the lock box next to the front door. We will send your lock box code by email the day before your arrival.

For your peace of mind, there are exterior security cameras around the property for safety purposes only

We kindly ask that the property is enjoyed with consideration for our neighbours and the surrounding area. Please note Sunset Palms is a no smoking, no party property, and guest numbers should match those listed on your booking confirmation.

If you notice anything missing, damaged, or not working as expected when you arrive, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

CHECK-IN

Check-in is from 3:00 pm.

While we’re happy to offer complimentary early check-in when availability allows, please note that this is extended as a courtesy rather than a guaranteed service.

We always do our best to accommodate such requests, but they remain subject to availability Please reach out a day prior to your arrival to confirm.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 10:00 am.

Kindly close and lock all windows and doors, turn off air conditioning, fans, and lights, place dishes in the dishwasher and start a quick cycle, clean the BBQ if used and cover the outdoor furniture

Return the key to the collection point before closing the doors behind you.

BUS AND TRAIN

Bus routes 199 and L90 run from Wynyard Station in the CBD to Palm Beach in about 1 hour 45 minutes. The L90 is the faster express service. Timetables are available here.

TAXI AND RIDESHARE

If you prefer not to drive, Uber is usually the fastest and most convenient way to get around the area.

FERRY

The Palm Beach Ferry departs from Circular Quay and offers a scenic trip along the Parramatta River and Pittwater. Travel time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Timetables are available here.

The Sunset Palms modem is located in the second living room on the middle level. We will do our best to assist if there are any service interruptions, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet during your stay.

NARABEEN LAGOON

A scenic 5 km loop ideal for walking, cycling, and spotting local wildlife around the lagoon

NORTH HEAD NATIONAL PARK

A scenic 4.5 km loop through North Head National Park with sweeping coastal views and peaceful bushland surrounds.

BARRENJOEY LIGHTHOUSE

A rewarding 3.5 km hike offering panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding coastline.

BICENTENNIAL COASTAL

A 25 km trail from Manly to Palm Beach showcasing diverse coastal scenery across four scenic sections.

LONG REEF HEADLAND

a scenic 35 km walk with sweeping views of Long Reef Beach, Pittwater, and the Pacific Ocean.

Avalon Beach is known for its long peeling waves and consistent east facing swell on the Northern Beaches.

Palm Beach offers a mix of beach and reef breaks with stunning coastal views overlooked by Barrenjoey Lighthouse.

Newport Beach is a 1 3 km beach popular for surfing and swimming, with reef breaks and a scenic ocean pool at the southern end.

Dee Why Beach is a family friendly beach with waves for all levels and a 50 metre ocean pool.

Narrabeen Beach offers consistent surf breaks and wide open sands popular with surfers and beachgoers alike

Bins are collected on Monday mornings, so if you are staying on Sunday night, we’d really appreciate your help placing them out on the curb for collection.

If your rubbish does not fit in the bins provided, please let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange removal for you.
