Description/Process: Pure pork lard for human consumption, produced through melting of fatty tissue from pork. Temperature is above 90˚C for more than 3 minutes during process and storage. Natural antioxidants added if requested. Characteristic odour and taste, free from offflavours and defect odours. Packed in cartons or plastic buckets and cooled. Antioxidants if requested: Herbalox (E392) 500 mg/kg Propyl Gallate (E310) 50 mg/kg Analytical Composition: FFA Peroxide number Moisture Delivery conditions: Temperature
