Description/Process: Pure pork lard of Danish origin for technical use or feed applications, produced through melting of fatty tissue from pork. Temperature is maintained above 90˚C for more than 3 minutes during process. Characteristic odour and taste, free from off-flavours and defect odours. Antioxidants if requested: Antioxidants may be added at a surcharge.
