As we continue to evolve and elevate within the realm of liturgical arts, we would like to thank you for your continued support of this magazine and its mission within the ministry. 2022 has given us our share of challenges as we still try to navigate the uncertainty of this pandemic, but God has remained faithful, and we've been able to excel in our Kingdom Assignment using our Kingdom Art Gifts! In June, we'll be celebrating the artistry of several individuals for their undying passion and dedication to Kingdom Building at our Soaring Eagles Conference and Awards in Orlando/Kissimmee, Florida, from the 23rd-26th. This conference will incorporate us celebrating dancers, mimes, actors, iconic, and their accomplishments at Soaring Eagels Awards and the Kids Dance Ministry awards and their accomplishments respectively. Beyond these events, we're continuing to promote and advance the culture through various workshops and establishing the highest standards in Ministerial Arts with our rigorous curriculum fully commissioned and administered by Dr. Lavivian Renee, the esteemed leader of our organization and ministry. Under her leadership and God, we will further endeavor to forge and develop a way to connect the Kingdom with the Artist to illustrate God's vision and purpose for our lives! Our church dance ministry has been a blessing to so many youth and young adults, and a great part of our youth departme department nt..
In 2013, we began to rebuild our dance ministry one person at a time. Our youngest dancers at 5 and 6 years old were so tiny but mighty in the spirit. Still to this day they are such inspirations to the youth in this generation and take the anointing of God seriously. In 2015, our dance ministry began to grow even more. Our traveling dance ministry was birthed, and we began to outreach outside of Ocala, FL to cities all over the State of Florida. The opportunity of traveling made it possible to meet so many amazing and gifted ministers in dance! We continued to grow and at this time welcome beautiful women to the team, making us a well-rounded team of all ages. There is no age in praise! Comprised of youth, young adults, and women, we took warfare to the streets! Our style of praise is what made us unique in the spirit, but it was also our way of kicking the devil back and let him know that as warriors we will not be defeated. “We are a force to reckoned with” One of the best things about our ministry is what we did for our community. Dance was never about being seen or entertaining a crowd of people. Dance ministry has always been a way we say thank you to Jesus for choosing us to deliver his word. Sometimes delivering a word was visiting the nursing homes to give back to our elderly community, by singing and dancing or being a blessing by ways of providing them with health essentials. Giving back to our community was birthed in our ministry from the start. We believe God uses us to draw others with our praise. We would always say that day one day God would take our team “World-Wide.” Whether it was byways of social media or praising outside in the parking lot, everyone within our reach would hear about the God we serve the Lord Jesus Christ. Dance is electrifying. What better what to express yourself them to use the musical rhythm of one’s body to visually speak to the hearts minds and souls of individuals. Our love for praise is why God led me to establish “Praise Explosions.” Every year we plan our Praise Explosions for all to come together to make a joyful noise unto the Lord. This year 2022, we celebrated “Praise Through the Fire.” It was such a blessing to know the testimonies of those around us and to be able to shout in thanksgiving of God's grace and his mercy. Through the pandemic and so many personal adversities, we all faced; we never lost our praise!” It’s been almost 9 years and our dance ministry has been blessing the people of God. We encourage all ministries to never give up no matter where their praise may take them. Be a product of God's promise! To all the Kingdom Warrior's past, present and future, continue to praise for it brought you this far, and it will always keep you. I reminisce on one of our group songs “Stay with Me” may the dance and song forever be in your hearts and know that as long as God is with you, you will not fail! "KWDM, War Sisters forever." 8 WAYS THE KINGDOM ART DISCIPLES CAN SHOW UP OUTSIDE OF DELIVERANCE AND PRAYER Course Instructor: Lavivian Renee 1. Understand how emotions and behavior work. 2. Get a clear understanding of identity formation and help people discover why they exist and why they are on earth. Everyone is looking for meaning in life. 3. Provide the tools needed to help people develop friendships, shift their economic status, and develop coping skills to deal with hardships. 4. Normalize pain and suffering. Everyone goes through something. 5. Leaders need to be open and transparent about moments of mental weakness. 6. Understand how trauma, social well-being, and genetics impact one's ability to cope. 7. Utilize methods such as community, worship, meditation, and silence to help an individual develop fortitude. 8. Make sure we understand the difference between prayer, deliverance, inner healing, and counseling and make sure people have access to all four. Let's Look at Luke Chapter Eleven Luke 11: 1 “And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.” “After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 1 2 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6: 9-13)
