Welcome to the Circle Creek Farm, a Carolina crown jewel... Inspired by a Cotswolds manor home found along the English countryside, this dream took close to three years to come to life. No expense was spared. The residence was built by hand using the finest craftsman in the region. The elements used for construction were truly exceptional. Wood was sourced from old barns across Kentucky, massive wooden beams were brought in from the Clifton Mill in Spartanburg. Train loads of lime stone were brought in, reminiscent to construction of the Biltmore Estate, over a hundred year earlier. Other bespoke materials came from Central Park, the Great Wall of China and the cobblestone from an old street in Pittsburg. The end result, is an absolute masterpiece. This is like buying a Monet, a Picasso, a Dali, a Basquiat. This is a true work of art. The main residence spans over 15,000 square feet with every amenity and feature imaginable.
