From basic baling to crop cutting, New Holland offers you more ways to make the perfect 4-foot-wide bales to suit your needs. SuperFeed™ and CropCutter balers feature PTO cut-out-clutches, a new larger diameter rotor for 20% more capacity and drop floor for rapid in-cab unplugging. Both the 4’x5’ Roll-Belt™ 450 and 4’x6’ Roll-Belt™ 460 rapidly produce dense, uniform bales with proven, crop-packing steel rolls in front and short, tough belts in back. Just choose the configuration and options to match your crop, your operation and your preferences:
SMOOTH CROP CONVEYANCE The floating pickup with replaceable, three-prong teeth delivers crop to the 42-inch-wide, ribbed conveyor. Pickup and conveyor speed adjust simultaneously for smooth crop flow. The tall back conveyor panel assures that all of the crop gets merged into the windrow. An anti-wrap system on the conveyor bearings prevents crop from wrapping and damaging bearing seals. MERGE RIGHT; INVERT LEFT All New Holland mergers are designed to merge crop to the right. To invert crop using the optional inverter chute, simply switch the location of the two quick-disconnect hoses to change the direction of the conveyor belt.
