Madison to host dairy showcase The Wisconsin Dairy Showcase will feature black and white Holsteins, red and white Holsteins and Jerseys. The New Holland Pavilions in Madison has the size to bring all of these breed shows to one site. These shows will be April 22-23. DBA names industry relations director The Dairy Business Association has hired Maria Woldt as its director of industry relations. Woldt has been working as a communications consultant. Previously, Woldt handled employer outreach efforts for University of Wisconsin-Madison Career
Services. Woldt and her husband have a dairy farm at Sun Prairie. Trivia challenge Natural cheddar cheese is white or off-white in color. That answers our last trivia question.
