Pregnant Recipients Terms and Conditions • 25% Down at Time of Sale • Balance due direct to seller at or prior to pick up, no cattle released without proper settlement • Pick up within 14 days of the sale • All pregnant recipients sell in good health and tested prior for interstate shipment • All pregnant recipients are housed at and available for pick up at the address of the seller unless otherwise listed • All pregnancies will be confirmed by veterinarian of the Seller just prior to pick up • All recipients are grade Holstein heifers unless otherwise listed • Seller guarantees pregnancies as listed (gender, mating, etc.) Should a pregnancy guarantee be compromised in sex of resulting calf, one of the following protocol are to be followed: 1. Buyer can keep the calf and receive no adjustment 2. Buyer receives a refund as follows: § Notify the seller within seven days of the birth of the calf § Seller will test and pay for verification of parentage of the resulting male with DNA testing within 30 days of birth § Once parentage has been verified, seller will refund the full price paid for pregnancy less $1500, the value of the recipient retained by the buyer § The Seller will own the bull calf and will make arrangements to transport calf at their expense • Seller does not guarantee a live calf • Pregnancies can be insured, at buyer’s expense.
