Maritime SheEO received the 2022 Crew Welfare Diversity & Inclusion A w a r d f o r providing a platform that promotes the next generation of female maritime leaders. Recently, Maritime SheEO in collaboration with IMO & WISTA launched the Maritime SheEO Leadership Accelerator Programme to provide management knowledge and skills to empower women in the maritime industry. Other shortlisted nominees for this category were: ECSA and ETF, International Chamber of Shipping (ICS), Maritime UK, The Seafarers’ Charity. Passionate about driving change, Ms. Sanjam Sahi Gupta, Director Sitara Shipping, launched Maritime SheEO in August 2019 as part of her commitment to diversity. Maritime SheEO works with organizations to create a level playing field for women and an environment conducive for women to rise to leadership positions. Launched in March 2022, the Maritime SheEO Leadership Accelerator Programme aims to enable women to become part of an active and trustworthy network of female executives who support and inspire each other along their leadership jour ney. By highlighting the best practices in the Industry, Maritime SheEO aims to build a robust list of resources for the industry to use related to diversity. Its goal is to increase

the participation of women and eliminate all forms of biases in the maritime industry. SAFETY4SEA announced the winners of the inaugural 2022 Crew Welfare Virtual Awards on Tuesday, June 21st, recognizing industry’s tanker operators, dry bulk operators, organizations, service provides, managers and individuals that demonstrated leadership and embraced outstanding practices towards crew welfare. Accepting the award, Mrs. Sanjam Sahi Gupta, Founder, Maritime SheEO, said: Maritime SheEO started with a dream to drive equality within the maritime industry. It started as a small initiative in 2019, and it has grown with the hard work and efforts of our team. Today, the only thing that separates women from reaching leadership positions is opportunity. We all need to champion diversity, and we promise we will continue to do so in the coming years. Diversity is what makes our industry special.

‘Adopt a Ship Programme’ – MSC’s CSR initiative in India MUMBAI: An ‘Adopt a Ship Programme’ has been initiated as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by world’s leading and Geneva-headquartered shipping company that employs a substantial number of Indian seafarers, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC). MSC’s Cyprus-based arm MSC Shipmanagement Limited will spearhead this CSR initiative and aim to connect with at 10 to 12 schools in India in the current year. Through ‘Adopt a Ship Programme’, primary school students of India will be linked with MSC Cargo and Cruise vessels’ senior crew members. Nita Jha, Head of Group Learning & Organizational Development, Sustainability & Support Services, MSC Shipmanagement said, “The aim of our ‘Adopt a Ship Programme’ CSR initiative is to highlight the positive side and benefits of the shipping industry and its huge contribution to the global economy. This maritime awareness programme will influence thousands of Indian students to opt for the merchant navy as a

lucrative career option.” Jha added that a leading maritime nation like India having a long coastline of around 7,500 Kilometers has more than 50% of its population below the age of 25 and more than 65% below the age of 35. MSC’s connect with Indian students through ‘Adopt a Ship Programme’ will act as a major boost for the Indian shipmanning industry in the years to come as Indian seafarers have acquired a prestigious position as a major global workforce over many decades. MSC Shipmanagement Limited employs over 14,000 people, which includes shore staff in Cyprus, India, Ukraine and Philippines as well as the skilled crew on board MSC’s managed cargo and cruises vessels. Based in Cyprus currently, Nita Jha is a native of the Indian state of Bihar. She studied at University of Cambridge and also worked as an English teacher in India and Hong Kong for many years. Nita Jha also served the Government of India-owned broadcast station ‘All India Radio’ as a Singer.

PSA and OOCL complete Green Pilot Trial for Integrated & Enhanced Container Flow between Keppel Distripark and On-Dock Depot The pilot project paves the way for further carbon footprint reduc on and will enhance produc vity for Singapore’s haulage community

SINGAPORE / HONG KONG: PSA Corporation Ltd (PSA) and Orient Overseas Container Line Limited (OOCL) have successfully completed a joint pilot project to integrate and enhance the flow of container between two PSA facilities – Keppel Distripark (KD) and the On-Dock Depot (ODD). In alignment with its overall decarbonisation efforts, PSA initiated this logistics solution to reduce overall trucking distance for empty container collection and returns within Singapore and have been working closely with shipping lines and the local logistics community. OOCL is the first line to support and join this pilot project to cut supply chain inefficiencies, improve truck productivity and reduce carbon emissions from truck trips. The enhanced flow of empty containers between KD and ODD can reduce an average of 93% of kgCO2e (kilogram of carbon dioxide equivalent) per trip due to the significantly shorter distance. The collaboration between PSA and OOCL seeks to drive sustainability and productivity among stakeholders in Singapore’s logistics and supply chain industry. A key partner who participated and supported this joint initiative is Hup Soon Cheong Services Pte Ltd, the largest warehouse operator and haulier in KD. Other than improving the utilisation of their warehouse dock bays, the operator benefited from improved tr uck trips by significantly reducing time on the road and cutting carbon emissions at the same time. Ms Seow Hwee, Head of Cargo Solutions Business, Southeast Asia for PSA said, “True value across the logistics value chain is best unlocked through collaborations with likeminded partners. PSA is delighted to have the steadfast

Shipping costs soars as Russian fallout upends Global fuel flows LONDON: The dislocation of global fuel markets after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has boosted the cost of shipping products such as diesel by sea, ,according to Bloomberg Report. Rates to haul fuels such as gasoline and diesel, known in the industry as clean tanker freight, have more than doubled this year to the highest since April 2020, according to Baltic Exchange data. On one key route in Asia, ship owners are now earning over $49,000 a day transporting products from South Korea to the distribution hub of Singapore, compared with $98 a day prior to the war. The Russian invasion has exacerbated a tightening of energy markets, upending trade flows and forcing buyers to scour the world for alternative fuel supplies. An initial surge in rates for hauling crude hasn’t been sustained, partly due to reduced demand from China, leading to some shipowners switching part of their fleet to haul fuels rather than oil, according to two tanker charterers. Clean tanker freight rates were last at this elevated level in early 2020, after the pandemic decimated oil consumption and forced fuel producers to export as much product as possible to alleviate swelling storage tanks. Demand for ships to haul fuels are expected to climb by 6% this year, underpinned by Europe, said Anoop Singh, head of tanker research at Braemar ACM Shipbroking. “The European resolve to reduce reliance on Russian supplies will likely outlive the war in Ukraine and that will redraw trade routes,” said Singh. Russia was the single largest external supplier of diesel to Europe prior to the war.

Since the invasion in late February, more long-range class ships are being used to transport refined fuels, according to S&P Global Commodity Insights analysts Fotios Katsoulas and Krispen Atkinson. Longer voyages are reducing the amount of available capacity on vessels and driving up freight rates, they said. LR tankers are the most common and are used to carry both products and oil. The surge in rates is being replicated across other regions. Ship owners transporting fuel from the Middle East to Japan on a route known as TC-5 -- a key passage for naphtha -- were earning more than $56,000 a day on Tuesday, compared with as low as $61 a day in February, according to Baltic Exchange data. The cost of shipping fuel from the US to Brazil on the TC18 route was at $37,000 a day, up from $3,800 a day four months ago.

HP notifies Logistic Policy 2022 under “PM Gati Shakti Plan” to create sophisticated Logistics ecosystem NEW DELHI: Himachal Pradesh has notified its Logistic Policy 2022 under “Gati Shakti National Master Plan” to create an efficient and sophisticated logistics ecosystem to support state’s industrial growth by strengthening institutional support through inter-departmental coordination in planning, implementation and monitoring of policies and measures affecting logistics industry. The policy aims to strengthen the logistics infrastructures of the state by promoting investment from private sector to develop Inland Container Depots (ICDs), Common Facility Centres (CFCs), Integrated Cold Chain, Logistic Parks, Truck Terminals, Air Cargo facilities, Quality testing labs, Integrated Cold Chain etc. According to the policy, it will be the state’s goal to build key logistics hubs that can handle freight from the state’s higher reaches, particularly agricultural and horticulture products to support first mile connectivity. It says that Shoghi in Shimla district, Sauli Khad in Mandi district, and Pandoga in Una district are all potential locations for such logistical hubs and State will provide incentives for setting up primary processing centres to facilitate the vast Agro-industry in the state. State Government has also constituted an Empowered Group of Secretaries under the chairmanship of

Chief Secretary for the overall development of logistics sector in State and also to ensure the projects are in line with the vision of PM GatiShakti NMP. Policy says that to support the existing industrial corridor, the state would provide the required infrastructure assistance for the establishment of an Industrial Logistics and Warehousing Hub in the Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh region. Himachal Pradesh currently lacks a robust network of customs ports, with only one ICD facility located in Baddi. The state government will continue to look into the possibility of establishing new ICDs and CFC’s as needed, as well as assist the development of logistic parks, warehousing zones, and other similar facilities wherever feasible. The state would support the establishment of transportation and warehousing zones at strategic locations. Policy further states that a state-level City Logistics Committee (CLC) to be formed under the chairmanship of the respective district’s Deputy Commissioner to design and implement city logistics development in accordance with the National Logistics Policy, allowing the state to play a key role in advising, planning, stakeholder coordination, and progress assessment, among other things.

Government plans National Highways to be GIS mapped NEW DELHI: To improve planning, execution, and monitoring of the road network development as well as the timely completion of projects, the government is making every effort to finish the GIS mapping of national highways by July. GIS technology, which provides extensive information on alignments and any obstructions in the way of highways, is anticipated to be helpful to road construction organisations. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has instructed all of its field units and state governments to finish the GIS mapping process of the whole national highway network by July 31 in order to increase the speed of highway building to 50 km per day. They have been told to use the data for mapping, already gathered by the Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications, for field verification exercise.

Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics (BISAG-N), Gandhinagar, Gujarat has done GIS mapping of approximately 130,000 km of national highways. But this data now needs to be updated and verified by field units of the different agencies for the ministry. GIS mapping makes use of satellite images but goes beyond it by analysing satellite data in order to provide authorities with an accurate picture of the project. The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), the prime highway executing agency, has almost completed the exercise for the NHs assigned with them with the cooperation of their field units. It is expected that once other agencies also complete the task by next month, work on new highway alignments could be started at a faster pace.

Russia sends 1st Freight Train via Iran to Mumbai TEHRAN: A new test shipment is currently on the way from St. Petersburg, via Iran to Mumbai. The intermodal shipment is sent via the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), the mega project that has been under development for many years. Rather than reaching Iran overland through Azerbaijan, another sea leg was incorporated at the Caspian Sea. The Russian cargo consists of two 40-foot containers of wood laminate sheets that departed St. Petersburg for the Caspian Sea port city of Astrakhan, the Iranian Islamic Republic News Agency reported earlier. In Astrakhan, the cargo will be reloaded to cross the Caspian Sea to Iran’s Anzali Port, where they will be carried by road through Iran to the port city of Bandar Abbas. The goods will again be loaded onto ships at the Iranian port to be delivered to India’s largest container port in Navi Mumbai. The total transit time is expected to be 25 days. Shared benefit The shipment, carried out by the

Iranian Shipping Lines Group for a Russian manufacturer, showcases the cooperation between the countries, both benefiting from an alternative n o r t h - s o u t h t r a n s p o r t c o r r i d o r. Shipping from Russian ports has been limited by European sanctions. Similarly, transport through Iran is limited by US sanctions. The INSTC has been tried and tested by several stakeholders. The main objective of the corridor is to provide an alternative to the traditional routes carried out by sea through the Suez Canal and the Mediterranean, and the Baltic Sea. It should reduce journey times between Mumbai and Moscow from forty to fourteen days. Although transport is already possible on the corridor, its full potential will not be reached until the main missing link is established: the RashtAstara railway line in Iran. Moreover, there is an ambition to make the Iranian port of Chabahar as the connecting point, as this port is geographically much closer to India. But, a railway connection from the Iranian network to this port is missing.

Cards reshuffled Another point of discussion remains the transit from Russia to Iran. This can go either via Armenia or Azerbaijan. The decision for this is complex considering political instability in the region. This is in part hampering the completion of the Rasht-Astara railway line in Iran too, as the Iranian government wants to know whom to turn to for investments in the project. The Armenian infrastructure is already there, but the support currently comes from Azerbaijan. The current situation has however shuffled the cards on the table. Russia has opted to avoid overland transport through both Azerbaijan and Armenia and opted for the Caspian seaport from a Russian-Iranian terminal on the Caspian Sea. Moreover, the corridor is currently not considered by companies that are not favorable to Russia, such as Finland. A year ago, a test shipment left from Helsinki, headed for Mumbai. This year, the benefit of the route is noted by Russia, with more shipments expected to come.

Jan-March current account decit falls to $13.4 bn; FY22 CAD at 3 year high : RBI NEW DELHI : India’s current account deficit (CAD) fell to $13.4 billion in January-March 2022 from $22.2 billion in October-December 2021, according to data released by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on June 22. The deficit was $8.1 billion in January-March 2021. In percentage terms, the CAD in January-March 2022 was 1.5 percent of GDP, down from 2.6 percent of GDP the previous quarter. “The sequential decline in CAD in Q4:2021-22 (Januar y-March) was mainly on account of a moderation in trade deficit and lower net outgo of primary income,” the central bank said India’s merchandise trade deficit

fell to $54.5 billion in the first quarter of 2022 from $59.8 billion the previous quarter, helping bring down the CAD. On the services front, the trade surplus edged up marginally to $28.3 billion from $27.8 billion in OctoberDecember 2021. Also helping the current account deficit to moderate was a lower net outgo of primar y income, which amounted to $8.4 billion last quarter. In October-December 2021, the net outgo of primary income was $11.5 billion. Primary income includes co mpe nsation of employees and investment income. While there was a decline in

quarterly current account deficit, India’s current account deficit for FY22 was at a three-year high of $38.7 billion, thanks to the merchandise trade deficit nearly doubling to $189.5 billion from $102.2 billion in FY21. FY22 saw India’s import bill rising on two accounts – higher imports following a recovery in economic activity as well as higher global commodity prices, including those of crude oil. In percentage terms, the CAD posted a deficit of 1.2 percent of GDP in FY22, up from 0.9 percent of GDP in FY21.The last time India’s annual CAD was higher was in FY19, when it came in at $57.3 billion.

Govt keeping a close watch on exports of wheat our: Food Secretary NEW DELHI: The Government is keeping a close watch on exports of wheat flour which has witnessed a surge since the ban on wheat shipments was announced on May 13, S u d h a n s h u Pa n d e y, S e c r e t a r y, M i n i s t r y o f Fo o d a n d P u b l i c Distribution said. “Exports of wheat flour are on the high side, if you compare with previous months,” Pandey said. He said that the Government is monitoring the domestic p r i c e s o f b o t h w h e a t a n d f l o u r. According to the Food Ministry, 250,000 tonne wheat flour has been exported since April 1, 2022. Trade sources said monthly exports of wheat flour at this time of year had been around 7,000 to 8,000 tonne.

However, exports have seen a surge to around 100,000 tonne since the wheat export ban was imposed. Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal are some of the countries, wheat flour is mostly exported to. In value terms, exports of wheat or meslin flour jumped 64% last fiscal from a year before to $247 million, according to the DGCIS data. In the current fiscal so far, India has exported close to 3 million tonne (MT) of wheat. India shipped a record 7 MT of wheat worth $2 billion in FY22, against just 2.1 MT worth $ 0.55 billion in FY21. Apart from allowing exports that were already backed by Letter of Credits, India is discussing proposals or

requests from several countries for exporting wheat. These shipments would be to cater for the genuine need for food security through Governmentto-Government (G2G) routes. Sources said several countries such as Bangladesh, Indonesia, the UAE, South Korea, Oman and Yemen have approached India for wheat imports under bilateral arrangements between Governments. As the production of wheat has declined following heat wave conditions in March, the Government had to curb exports to improve domestic supplies. Agriculture Ministry revised wheat production for the 2021-22 crop year (July- June) to 106 MT from its February’s estimate of 111 MT.

FTAs with UAE, Australia to boost apparel exports: AEPC CHENNAI: Free trade agreements (FTAs) signed by India with the UAE and Australia will boost product and market diversification of the apparel sector’s existing basket, AEPC said recently. Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) Chairman Naren Goenka said the global apparel market, which was just under USD 1.5 trillion in 2013, is expected to generate revenues to the tune of USD 1.8 trillion in 2022 and USD 1.9 trillion in 2025. He said India offers the world a

complete value chain solution from farm to fashion. Talking about the ongoing 67th India International Garment Fair (IIGF) at Greater Noida, he said it provides a direct marketing platform to MSME exporters from across the country, as it has brought together almost 500 exhibitors and more than 2,000 overseas buyers and buying agents. The buyers are visiting from countries like the US, Brazil, Japan, UK, Spain, Australia, Poland, Colombia, Greece, Italy, and Egypt.

“The council is taking efforts towards promoting Brand India at various global platforms, showcasing its strength on sustainability, circularity, ethical sourcing and manufacturing, labour standards, women employment with no child labour,” Goenka added. The fair was inaugurated by Textiles Minister Piyush Goyal on June 20. “I have set a modest target for the apparel sector, which is to double the production and triple the exports. So, this 15 per cent growth is achievable,” Goyal has said.

This is highly appropriate at a time when Indo-Pacific countries are coming together to build a rules-based global order, to bring climate sustainability and to strengthen lives and livelihoods. Foreign policy dimensions have been changing fast, so also the agenda

of Delhi Dialogues. DD XII had seven plenary sessions and one ministerial on contemporary issues of the Indo Pacific. It was great show as well as a dialogue which had made a collective effort to bring scholars, practitioners, thinkers and diplomats together from India and Southeast Asia. Indo-Pacific is an interconnected geography where ASEAN is at core. In recognition of the centrality of ASEAN in India’s Vision of the Indo-Pacific and in commemoration of the thirty years of ASEAN-India relations, the objective of the current edition of the Delhi Dialogue was to identif y further areas of cooperation leading to further strengthening of the strategic partnership between India and ASEAN.

Major Chinese Ports Container volume up 8.5% in late May BEIJING: Container volume at eight major Chinese ports increased 8.5% year-on-year in late May. Export container volume up 13% while domestic volume dropped 6.3%. The sharpest rise in volumes was for the port of Shenzhen which posted a growth rate of over 60%. Shanghai gradually resumed factory production and the supply chain started to improve with the port posting a container volume growth of 0.8% yearon-year. The average daily handling

volume grew 4.7% comparing with midMay. Cargo throughput at major coastal hub ports declined 0.9% while international trade cargo throughput increased 2.6%. Cr ude oil shipments at major coastal ports up 13.8 % year-on-year in late May. Among which the port of Dalian posted a growth rate of 35%. Metal ore shipments at major Chinese ports dipped 7.2% while the port inventory increased 12.03%.

In late May, cargo throughput and container volume at three major Yangtze River ports, Nanjing, Wuhan and Chongqing, increased 3% and 46.1%. For the whole month of May, container volume at eight container ports increased 4.1% year-on-year. The international trading container volume rose 7.4% while inland trading volume dropped 5.6% affected by covidoutbreaks happened in some major port cities.

The country has got the gift of a new and modern commercial building as well as an export portal, one physical and other digital infrastructure, he said. Referring to the new infrastructure of the Ministry, the Prime Minister said that this is also time to renew the pledge of ease of doing business and through that ‘ease of living’ too. Ease of access, he said, is the link between the two. He said that there should not be any hindrances in communicating with the Government and making the Government accessible with ease is a major priority of the Government. This vision is clearly reflected in the policies of the government, he added. Referring to many examples of the recent past, the Prime Minister said that in the new work culture of the New India, completion date is part of SoP and is strictly adhered to. He remarked that only when the government's projects do not hang for years and are completed on time, similarly, the government's schemes reach their goals, then only, the taxpayer of the country is respected. Now we also have a modern platform in the form of the PM Gatishakti National Master Plan. He said that this Vanijya Bhawan will give a push to the nations ‘Gati Shakti’. The Prime Minister cited the new Vanjiya Bhawan as also the symbol of his Government’s achievements in the field of commerce during this period. He recalled that at the time of foundation stone laying, he had stressed the need for innovation and improvement in the Global Innovation Index. Today, India is ranked 46th in the Global Innovation Index and is continuously improving. He had also talked about improving ease of doing business at that time , today, more than 32000 unnecessary compliances have been removed. Similarly, GST was new at the time of foundation stone laying of the building, today, 1 lakh crore GST collection per month has become commonplace. In terms of GeM, 9 thousand crore worth rupees orders were discussed then, today, more than 45 lakh small entrepreneurs are registered on the portal and orders worth more than 2.25 crore have been placed. The Prime Minister had talked about 120 Mobile units at that time up from just 2 in 2014, today this number has crossed 200. Today India has 2300 registered Fin-tech startups, up from 500, 4 years ago. At the time of the foundation stone laying of the Vanijya Bhawan India used to recognize 8000 startups every year, today, this number is more than 15000, the Prime Minister informed. The Prime Minister noted that last year, despite the historic global disruptions, India’s exports stood at a total of $ 670 billion i.e. Rs 50 lakh crore. Last year, the country had decided that despite every challenge, it has to cross the threshold of $ 400 billion i.e. 30 lakh crore merchandise export. We crossed this and created a new record of export of $ 418 billion i.e. 31 lakh crore rupees. “Encouraged by this success

of the past years, we have now increased our export targets and have doubled our efforts to achieve them. Collective effort of everyone is very necessary to achieve these new goals”, he said, further adding that not only short term but long term targets should be set. T h e P r i m e Minister said that NIRYAT - National Import-Export for Ye a r l y A n a l y s i s o f Trade portal will help in breaking silos by providing real time data to all stakeholders. “From this portal, important information related to more than 30 commodity groups exported to more than 200 countries of the world will be available. In the coming time, information related to districtwise exports will also be available on this. This will also strengthen the efforts to develop the districts as important centers of exports”, the Prime Minister said. The Prime Minister underlined the role of increasing exports in the transition of a country from developing to developed country. The Prime Minister said that in the last eight years, India has also been continuously increasing its exports and achieving export goals. Better policies to increase exports, easing of the process, and taking products to new markets, have helped a lot. He said that today, every ministry, every department of the government is giving priority to increasing exports with a 'whole of government' approach. Be it the Ministry of MSME or Ministry of External Affairs, Agriculture or Commerce, all are making common efforts for a common goal. “Exports from new areas are increasing. Even from many aspirational districts, exports have now increased manifold. The increase in exports of cotton and handloom products by 55 per cent shows how the work is being done at the grassroot level”, he pointed out. The Prime Minister said that the government's emphasis on local products through the Vocal for Local campaign, 'One district, one product' scheme, has also helped in increasing exports. Now many of our products are being exported for the first time to new countries of the world. “Our Local is fast becoming Global”, he said citing examples like Sitabhog Mithai being exported to Bahrain, Fresh King Chilli of Nagaland to London, Fresh Burmese grapes of Assam to Dubai, tribal Mahua products from Chattisgarh to France and Khumani of Kargil to Dubai. Reiterating the steps taken recently the Prime Minister said “We are also helping and emphasizing on GI tagging to connect our farmers, weavers and our traditional products with the export ecosystem.” He also referred to trade deals with UAE and Australia last year and informed that there has been a lot of progress with other countries as well. He praised the Indian diplomatic institutions abroad for working hard to convert a very challenging environment into opportunities for India. “For business, identifying new markets and manufacturing products after identifying their needs is very important for the progress of the country”, he said. In conclusion, the Prime Minister requested every department to periodically review the portals and platforms that have been developed in recent times. “The goals with which we have developed these tools, how far they are being achieved and if there is a problem then efforts should be made for solving them.”

COSCO SHIPPING Lines launches paperless cargo release service BEIJING: On June 15, COSCO SHIPPING Lines launched paperless cargo release service at Huangpu Xinsha Terminal, creating a new mode of foreign trade import operations for barge transportation on the Pearl River that brings greater convenience to customers. This is another solution adopted by a terminal of Guangzhou Port after the extensive promotion of blockchain-based paperless cargo release at Nansha Phase II Terminal. COSCO SHIPPING Lines has been working together with Guangzhou Port Group to further integrate multiple business links with the blockchain platform through paperless bill exchange and on the basis of electronic container pick-up service realized at Huangpu Xinsha Terminal. Through these efforts, they have enabled the barge-based foreign trade import business in the Pearl River region to leap from paper to blockchain and provide online self-service of cargo release and

container pick-up for import customers holding sea waybills and telex release bills of lading, with the entire operational process becoming more visible, efficient, and risk-controlled.
