PIL announces New India Service - Govt working on National Logistics Policy: Special Secretary – Logistics China India Express (CIX) SINGAPORE: PIL has announced the launch of new India service – China India Express (CIX) with effect from June 2020. This new service will provide a direct service from Tianjin and Qingdao in North China and Kaohsiung into India West Coast and Sri Lanka, calling Nhava Sheva, Cont’d. Pg. 6 Mundra and Colombo.

SCI reported a net profit of Rs. 302.35 crore for FY 2019-20 MUMBAI: The Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) declared its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020, posting a net profit (PAT) of Rs. 113.75 crore for quarter ended 31st March, 2020 as against a net profit (PAT) of Rs. 45.99 crore reported for the quarter ended 31st March, 2019. With this, SCI has reported a net profit (PAT) of Rs. 302.35 crore as against net loss (PAT) of Rs. 121.99 crore for the year FY 2018-19. Though the outbreak of COVID -19 has severely impacted business operations across all industries, timely and effective measures taken by SCI have helped to minimise disruption of operations. SCI emerges as the first public sector undertaking in Navratna/Maharatna category to declare its financial results in the challenging environment of the pandemic. The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs 0.75/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The outgo on this account will be approximately Rs. 35 crore, subject to the approval of members at the Annual General Meeting. SCI, India’s largest shipping company having DWT of 5.31 million (GT of 2.94 million) with a fleet of Fifty Nine vessels, also manages Fifty One vessels on behalf of various Gover nment bodies, Administrations & Organisations.

NEW DELHI: The Government is working on National Logistics Policy, which aims to promote seamless movement of goods across the country, a senior Commerce Ministry official said recently. Special Secretary in the Logistics Division of the Ministry, Pawan Agarwal, said the policy will look at several areas such as process re-engineering, digitisation, and focus on multi-modal transport. SAL & Sai Maritime hits Milestone in Wind Energy M U M B A I : S A L H E AV Y LIFT successfully loaded longest windmill blade of 72.4 Mtr from Tuticorin to Germany exported by NORDEX India Pvt.Ltd. MV Maria was booked to load the windmill blade and she arrived on time at Tuticorin Port on 26th May, 2020 and berthed on arrival. Loading was completed in 2 hours and after completion of all lashing/securing the vessel sailed on 27th May, 2020. This is the longest blade to be loaded out from India and another milestone for SAL HEAVY LIFT who regularly transport wind turbine equipment around the world. We thank the Tuticorin Port Authorities for their support to berth the vessel on arrival. Also thank the vesselâ€™s crew, our local agents SAI MARITIME and the stevedoring team for their efficiency, said a company release.

FIATA and FFFAI assert global recognition to Freight Forwarding as essential services NEW DELHI: Voice for recognition to Customs Broking and Freight Forwarding as essential services by respective governments is strengthening the ground worldwide. It was evident from the discussions in a Webinar on Global Perspective on Logistics at the backdrop of prevailing COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar was organised by Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI) in association with International Federation of Freight Forwarders (known as FIATA) on May 29. Keynote speakers of this international webinar were Mr AV Vijaykumar, Chairman, FFFAI and Mr Basil Pieterson, President, FIATA. The webinar was also addressed by other FFFAI leaders including Mr Shankar Shinde, Chairman-Elect; Mr S. Ramakrishna, Immediate Past Chairman; Mr Samir Shah, Past Chairman; Mr Debashis Dutta, Past Chairman; Mr Alan Jose, Vice Chairman and Mr Dushyant Mulani, Honorary Secretary. Mr Tej Contractor, Managing Committee Member, FFFAI and President IIFF moderated the very interactive and successful virtual meet, which was participated by more than 400 audiences from across the globe including India, Europe, USA, Middle East Asia, Australia and Africa. FFFAI is one of the members of FIATA which is the International body of logisticians and represent the industry in prestigious bodies such as United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), United Nation Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), World Customs Organisation, World Bank, World Trade Organisation, International Chamber of Commerce and others. In his speech Mr Vijaykumar shared experiences during last two months, navigating through the changes that not only a Customs Broker had to make, also constant representation to the government to ensure that the industry can adapt and improve processes to ensure safety. Underscoring the emergence of digital era drastically he referred to this webinar as an example: “Covid-19 crisis connected countries and continents electronically on a single platform through virtual meetings and conferences. Even though such facilities were available earlier, the necessity was not felt exponentially. This very video conferencing is a classic example on how we are together though we are divided by space and time. This trend is bound to continue and probably conquer the future of business models.” Commenting on the present crisis and challenges owing to Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown he assumed that it would be one more of the passing clouds. “We will, as have been our approach and past experiences, overcome with no damage. But the reality of the possible damage it could inflict on the human life and the human race changed the complexion of handling the pandemic on a global scale,” he pointed out. The FFFAI Chairman also commended the government for their timely efforts to maintain logistics and supply chain at this crisis time. “There was total lockdown and life came to a standstill. But we compliment the Government that within a day they listened to our voices and agreed open the doors for supply chain. On the third day of lockdown, international transport of cargo – export or import – was treated as essential and member of FFFAI were in the forefront of supporting movement of cargo for the nation,” he pointed out. Further mentioning the government’s quick and pro-active intervention Mr Vijaykumar stated that Indian Customs rolled digital solutions at an amazing speed. “In fact, by the time the first phase of lockdown could end on the 14th April 2020, we had a fully electronically driven Customs platform. This enabled seamless, paperless, contactless transaction of cargo clearance. Other than physical handling of cargo rest was fully automated and implemented thereby literally maintaining real social distancing. We need to recognize and we do recognize the efforts of Indian Customs to have stretched our limits beyond normal and to have literally worked 24 x 7,” he added. Mr Vijaykumar also applauded Ministry of Shipping’s effective efforts in lessening burden on export import trade. Ministry of Shipping instructed all Ports, Terminals to evacuate the containers to outside facilities to ensure creation of any congestion. Round the clock, the Ports, the Container Freight Stations and Customs Brokers joined hands and methodically moved the containers to off dock Customs facilities. Thus, congestion at Ports and Terminals were eliminated. Ports also pursued with local authorities for all stakeholders to be accorded priority passes and facilities to keep the supply chain moving. The Ministry also advised Ports, Terminals and all Custodians to be supportive and waive all penal charges during lockdown to ease the financial pressure on the industry. The air cargo custodians were also advised by the Ministry of Civil Aviation to waive storage charges. Commerce Ministry played a nodal role in connecting the stakeholder requirements and expectation with the related government authorities to balance the situation. Mr Vijaykumar was confident of bouncing back. “Globally there is no exception to economic impact, but we are known for our resilience and hence will overcome this attack also,” he said. The FFFAI Chairman, however, made a caution too. In his opinion future will be throwing a larger challenge – retention of business, contracting volumes, shrinking margins, expanding

expenses, financial strains, credit terms, servicing debts, unpaid services and much more. “It is not that we are new to such environment but it just that we are to again rediscover ourselves. Tough times manifest the strength in us,” he emphasized. Mr Vijaykumar was concluded with very strong message to the global logistics industry as well as governments/authorities: “We recognize the frontline warriors of the corona virus crisis – the doctors, nurses, police force, hygiene workers. But the unsung frontline warrior to have moved the nation, to have supported the availability of essentials and to have maintained the supply is our fraternity – a proud group that always delivers irrespective of the adversities.” Clarifying FIATA’s position Mr Pieterson applauds the inclusion of freight forwarding within many nation’s definitions of ‘essential services’. “However, more needs to be done. Greater consistency in global responses, together with the implementation of facilitative measures, are required to ensure the continuance of well functioning supply chains to move essential goods to where they are most needed throughout this crisis and beyond,” he stressed. He pointed out to the facts that the fight to prevent the spread of COVID-19 has fuelled a host of measures by governments worldwide mandating the closure of many aspects of societal daily life and restrictions to the movement of people. In many countries, only certain designated ‘essential services’ are still permitted to remain in operation. However, there remains no coordinated worldwide approach, and definitions of what is an ‘essential service' may vary. FIATA considers these moves to be critical to national responses to COVID-19. Freight forwarders, well-represented by FIATA’s 40,000 members, ensure the supply of the world’s cargo to communities and economies around the world, including food and basic necessities. Disruptions to this activity will affect the national supply and stocks of necessities such as food, medicine, hygiene products and other important goods in the fight against COVID-19. Already, global reports indicate shortages of necessary equipment. “It is therefore crucial that governments continue to recognise the freight forwarding industry as an ‘essential service’ and FIATA encourages them to continue to do so with greater consistency and coordination. It is internationally acknowledged that governments must first recognise the nature of the freight forwarding activity as an ‘essential service’, and then put in place policies that facilitate the effective rendering of these services,” the FIATA President highlighted FIATA’s stand. Commending FFFAI’s strength and its successful collaboration with the government Mr Pieterson calls on its worldwide members and national governments to collaborate, so that freight forwarding industry can continue to perform its vital role in delivering the world’s cargo, including essential goods, to those who need it most. In his speech Mr Pieterson also elaborated on Global Perspective on the impact of COVID-19 on Logistics Industry including empowering the freight forwarding community in these difficult times, compliances, required support from government and industry stakeholders, increasing digitalization, skilling, WTO trade facilitation, rebounding national economy and survival of freight forwarders & logistics industry.

It is also looking at export-import trade and improving logistics in core sectors such as coal, fertiliser, cement and steel. “We are working on the policy…. The policy attempts to look at many of the issues in a wholistic manner,” Agarwal said at CII”s digital summit on exports. He said there is a huge opportunity for India to do process re-engineering or streamline processes, and logistics is one area where a lot of processes can be digitised which can hugely enhance efficiency. “The country does not have large number of professional logistic service providers. L ot more attention is required in the area of modern

warehouses, where things can be automated for better efficiency in loading and unloading,” he said. On February 1, the government, in the Budget, had announced that it will soon release the National Logistics Policy. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in her Budget speech had stated that the policy will help in clarifying the roles of Centre, states and key regulators. The move assumes significance as high logistics cost impact competitiveness of domestic goods in international market. Effective implementation of the policy would help provide an impetus to trade, enhance export competitiveness,

and improve India’s ranking in the Logistics Performance Index. India”s logistics sector is highly defragmented and the government aims to reduce the logistics cost from the present 14 per cent of GDP (Gross Domestic Product) to less than 10 per cent by 2022. According to a ministry statement, the sector is very complex with more than 20 government agencies, 40 partnering government agencies, 37 export promotion councils, 500 certifications, and 10,000 commodities. The policy will improve India’s trade competitiveness, and performance in global rankings, and pave the way for India to become a logistics hub, it had said.

Piyush Goyal urges Exporters to be more competitive with quality products NEW DELHI: Shri Piyush Goyal, Union Minister for Commerce & Industry and Railways, through Video Conference, participated in the Digital Summit on Exports organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Export-Import Bank of India was the Institutional Partner for the Summit. Addressing the Summit, Shri Goyal said that the future of growth lay with industry and the private sector, with the government having a lesser role to play. The minister identified three important ways to increase India’s exports: reviving manufacturing, diversifying the exports basket, and finding newer and more accepting markets. He emphasised that the diversification of exports, in addition to consolidating current areas of strength, is necessary for our economy to grow. He stated that India has a huge opportunity to promote indigenous production in auto component sector, furniture, air conditioners, and others. He said that MeitY is promoting

electronics production, in pharma we are encouraging API manufacturing, and in the agri export sector the opportunity is huge. He said that in the IT related service, the world recognizes the Indian expertise and prowess, and hence we have asked the NASSCOM to target for $500 billion export in the sector in next five years. AatmaNirbhar Bharat, he said, is not just about greater self-reliance, but also engaging with the world from a position of strength. He said that India should be seen as a dependable partner and reliable friend in the world market, particularly when the global supply chains are undergoing rejig. Talking about the Prime Minister’s vision to make India self-reliant, Shri Goyal said that we should talk from the position of strength, be competitive, and provide quality products to the world. There should be killer instinct in us to succeed. No crisis can stop our march, if there is willingness to take on the challenges head-on.

Shri Goyal congratulated CII on completing 125 years and the launch of the Taskforce on Enhancing Exports through integration into the Global Value Chains (GVCs). He committed to working closely with the Taskforce and take action where necessary for the benefit of industry, and the country.He assured the exporting community that the Government, whether the union or states, are there to provide full support and are willing to work in partnership. He said that the country has skilled workforce, and world class institutions like Universities and research labs, and let us work for the well-being of 130 crore people of India. Mr. Chandrajit Banerjee, Director General, CII, said that we must carry out all reforms necessary to overhaul our exports and this is the right time to r o l l t h e m o u t . Tr a d e l o g i s t i c s , compliance with quality standards, seamless functioning of GVCs, and a robust strategy to leverage FTAs would be key, he said.

Niti Aayog suggests slew of steps to make India’s exports competitive NEW DELHI: The NITI Aayog has proposed 17 measures to improve competitiveness of India’s external trade. The measures include establishment of a national trade network (NTN), improving information flow and making customs processes and IT systems more efficient. The government think-tank said time has come to set up an NTN on the lines of the GSTN (for goods and services tax), integrating all departmental data flows into one integrated system to enable all export-import related compliance online. “It (NTN) will facilitate exports-imports not only by existing firms, but will (also) bring in large number of MSMEs, which today have to export through export houses and third parties on account of complexities of the current system. This will also radically reduce the cost of transactions and make India a highly efficient country,”

NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant said in a note to the revenue department. NTN will allow exporters to file all information and documents online at one place. There will be no need to separately deal with customs, directorate general of foreign trade, shipping companies, sea and air ports and banks, NITI said. To improve the information flow, it suggested use of simple language and ensure transparency in issuance of notifications, make past tribunal decisions available online and use of standard codes for the Duty Drawback Scheme. In order to make customs processes more efficient, the think-tank has suggested modifying the risk management system (RMS) to record/reflect actions of field officers as the time taken for removal of goods from factory to final exports has not

compressed over the years. “Even in the absence of rent seeking, officers often demand cars/free meals/other personalized services that brokers/CFS operators have to provide to ensure presence of officers on location, and expeditiously undertaking their job. Customs uses a sophisticated risk management system or RMS. But many times, Customs officers have reasons to reject RMS recommendations and go for inspection of the goods,” it said. These reforms could further improve India’s ranking on ‘trading across borders’ parameter in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business, at 68 now (from 146 in 2018). Every year, merchandise (export and import) of more than $780 billion or about 27% of the GDP passes through Indian Customs before it could be exported or imported.

India’s trade with South Asia less than 4% of global trade; China’s up by 546% NEW DELHI: India’s trade with countries in South Asia has remained less than 4% of its global trade since the late 1980s while China has increased its exports to the region by 546%, from $8 billion in 2005 to $52 billion in 2018, according to a new study. The study by Brookings India, released, noted that South Asia remains one of the least economically integrated regions in the world. Intra-regional trade remains well below its potential, at only 5% of the region’s global trade, because of “protectionist policies, high logistics cost, lack of political will and a broader trust deficit”. India’s regional trade growth from 1991 until 1999 was minimal, according to the study titled “India’s limited trade connectivity with South Asia”. In 2008, India’s trade with South Asian neighbours reached a decadal high of $13.45 billion. Following a dip in 2009 due to the global financial crisis, India’s

trade with its neighbours doubled in the next five years, touching $24.69 billion in 2014. The slowdown in India’s exports to South Asia in 2015 and 2016 coincided with the 13% decline in India’s global trade, from $19 trillion in 2014 to $16.5 trillion in 2015. Intra-regional trade revived in 2017, reaching a peak at $24.75 billion, and picking up further in 2018 when it rose to $36 billion, according to the study. India’s largest export market in the region is Bangladesh, followed by Sri Lanka and Nepal, whereas the largest imports by value come from Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. All countries in the neighbourhood have a trade deficit with India, the highest in 2018 being Bangladesh ($7.6 billion), followed by Nepal ($6.8 billion). The study says that despite the growing trade volume, India’s trade with its neighbourhood has remained

roughly between 1.7% and 3.8% of its global trade. This has happened despite trade agreements such as the SAARC Preferential Trading Arrangement (SAPTA), followed by the South Asian Free Trade Area (SAFTA) agreement, as well as the Indo-Myanmar Border Trade Agreement, the ASEAN–India Trade in Goods Agreement and the I n d o - S r i L a n k a F r e e Tr a d e Agreement. In contrast, China has consistently increased its trade with South Asia, barring a slight dip after the global financial crisis of 2008. In 2014, China’s trade reached a high of $60.41 billion, whereas India traded approximately one-third that amount at $24.70 billion. The study focused on India’s import and export with South Asian states from 1988 to 2018 and China’s trade with South Asia, excluding India, from 1992 to 2018.

EPCES seeks nationwide stable policy NEW DELHI: The Export Promotion Council for EOUs and SEZs (EPCES) recently wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking a uniform policy nationwide for businesses to operate including for movement of personnel. “We request that either a nationwide stable policy may be issued, applicable in

all the states of India for running the business or don’t put any operative guidelines and compliances for trade and industry and not to press upon payment of salaries to workers without any business,” EPCES Vice Chairman Bhuvnesh Seth wrote in the letter to PM.

Referring to the unplanned sealing of state borders around Delhi NCR, he said the move was leading to losses and posed difficulties to exporters in fulfilling their export commitments. In the letter, Seth said: “Due to uncertain sudden sealing of state borders, it is very difficult to operate the business”.

Cochin Port Trust plans to be a crew change and transshipment services hub COCHIN: With Covid-19 pandemic and resultant lockdown having affected the business of Cochin Port Trust (CPT) severely, the authorities are planning to develop the port to a hub for crew change and other transshipment services like bunkering in the region. After the authorities gave permission for crew change at offport

limits/anchorage of Cochin Port amid lockdown for the first time, more than 35 ships, including very large (VLOC), diverted to Kochi just for crew change compared to less numbers in other ports close to international shipping lanes, sources said. The plan is to leverage the port’s anchorage to attract ships requiring

services like crew change, supplies, bunkering and repairs, and to also to generate direct revenue from the anchorage. Sources said CPT hopes to compensate for the loss, around 35% of its total business of previous year, due to the pandemic by attracting additional revenue through exploring the anchorage opportunities.

Anti-dumping duty likely on rubber imported from China, 3 other countries NEW DELHI: India may impose anti-dumping duty on imports of a certain type of rubber used in various industries, as the domestic industry has approached the commerce ministry to investigate the alleged dumping of the product from China, European Union, Japan and Russia. It has alleged that dumping of the product from these countries

are impacting the domestic industry. The DGTR in a notification has said that on the basis of the prima facie evidence submitted by the domestic firm, “the authority, hereby, initiates an investigation to determine the existence, degree and effect of any alleged dumping” of the product from these nations and “to recommend the

amount of anti-dumping duty, which if levied, would be adequate to remove the injury to the domestic industry”. The product is used in the manufacture of various rubber articles where resistance to oil, abrasion and heat applications are involved, such as oil seals, hoses, automotive products, gaskets, rice dehusking rolls, printers, and fabrics.

India's forex reserves rise by over $3 bn to $490 bn MUMBAI: India's foreign exchange reser ves rose by over $3 billion during the week ended May 22. According to the RBI's weekly statistical supplement, the overall forex reserves increased to $490.044 billion

from $487.039 billion reported for the week ended May 15. India's forex reserves comprise foreign cur rency assets (FCAs), gold reserves, special drawing rights (SDRs) and India's reserve position

with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). On a weekly basis, FCAs, the largest component of the forex reserves, edged higher by $3.035 billion to $451.706 billion.

Govt considering increasing import duty on Chinese products: Nitin Gadkari NEW DELHI: The Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has recently said that government is considering increasing import duty on Chinese products amid coronavirus outbreak. “Earlier we used to import PPE kits from China, now we have enough production of PPE in the country that we are exporting products to other

countries. The price of these products has also come down from Rs 1,200 to Rs 550 – Rs 650. “We are contemplating hiking import duty on Chinese products that are being imported. This will encourage the production of these products in India,” Gadkari added.

He further said that this will be a part of the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ initiative announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking India to be selfsufficient in the time of coronavirus. Gadkari further added that India is also taking steps in the direction of becoming the hub in auto manufacturing in the next 5 years.

India, US could strike a ‘smaller’ trade deal in coming weeks: Indian envoy WASHINGTON: India and the US could strike a smaller trade deal in the coming weeks, India’s ambassador Taranjit Singh Sandhu has said while acknowledging that the unprecedented challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic has been a “bit of a setback” in moving ahead as the governments are focused on tackling the health crisis.

Addressing the virtual West Coast Summit of US-India Strategic P a r t n e r s h i p Fo r u m ( U S I S P F ) , Sandhu said that India’s supply of antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) to the US has given the two countries enough confidence and have played an important foundation.

India, which is one of the major manufacturers of the drug, has sent several million doses of the HCQ to the US as part of its humanitarian gesture. The top leadership has also been talking about it and I feel that perhaps in the coming few weeks, we should be able to strike the smaller trade deal, Sandhu said.

Govt should remove technical difficulties in existing export promotion schemes: Exporters of agricultural commodities NEW DELHI: Exporters of agricultural commodities have demanded that the government should remove technical difficulties in existing export promotion schemes to help exporters. While, shrimp exporters claim to have Rs 700 crore subsidy pending with the government, onion exporters say that it is the only commodity, which is currently not getting any e-export incentive. Indian seafood industry has welcomed the announcement of Matsya Sampada Yojana. However, it says that short-term measures especially implementation of existing schemes effectively will help it to a great deal. Jagdish Fofandi, president Seafood Exporters Association said, “There is about 15% loss in production during lock down. Shrimp export account for 65% of the total seafood exports of the country. The MEIS benefit of 5% that exporters

used to get has been pending with the government since January 1,” said Jagdish Fofandi, President, Seafood Exporters Association of India. “The HACCP code for export of shrimp has been changed in November. It has not yet been updated by the concerned government department that decides about incentives,” he added. According to the estimate of the industry, Rs.700 crore subsidy of the shrimp exporters is pending with the government. “If we can get this money now it will be help the industry,” said Fofandi. Onion exporters too want benefit under e siting schemes, even as the government has announced a special scheme for vegetables as part of its Covid fiscal package. Onions were getting 10% MEIS (merchandise export of India scheme)

benefit for export. In February 2019, the government of India launched a new transport and marketing assistance scheme for specified agriculture commodities. Onions were not included in this new scheme as it was already enjoying the benefits of MEIS, which on withdrawn on June 10 as an inion prices went up. Today, every country in the world has excess onions as planting has increased because of high prices of previous years. India banned onion export for six months from June 10 to March 15. “We have already lost many export markets. Pakistan’s onion export increased by 55% to 60%. If we can get benefit and that either of the two schemes that can help to boost the onion exports by 15 to 20%,” said Danish Shah, a third generation onion exporter from Maharashtra.

DLDS achieves another milestone: Tracks 25 mn Containers NEW DELHI: The Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (DMICDC) Logistic Data Services (DLDS) has added another feather to its cap by tracking 25 million containers successfully. Incorporated in December 2015, DLDS has transformed the Indian logistics environment by bringing increased accountability and visibility to the system. Speaking on the achievement, Mr. Surajit Sarkar, COO-DLDS, said, “We are pleased about reaching this milestone. DLDS leverages the best of technology and data management practices to ensure that location data is collated and tracked efficiently in realtime. This allows our customers to plan

their deliverables well ahead in time.” Logistics Data Bank (LDB), the single window tracking system by DLDS uses RFID and big data technology to track containers across PAN India, starting from the ports and covering their movement via rail or road until reaching the Inland Container Depots (ICD) and Container Freight Stations (CFS). Users can track their shipment through a dedicated website or mobile application. “Initially, Indian Logistics was mired in several complexities and inefficiencies. Delivery of goods used to take weeks with incessant delays with absolutely no real-time tracking mechanism. DLDS streamlined the

supply chain and brought that muchneeded transparency. We started as a project to streamline vessel operations across the JNPT port, but today we work across 25 Indian ports while handling 96% of country ’s total container volume,” added Sarkar. India has been under the lockdown since 23rd March 2020. While facing the challenges during these testing times, the LDB team has continued its operation of tracking & tracing the export-import container movement. It is consistently providing the required information to all the stakeholders with the help of the logistics warriors involved in the procedure of installing the required equipment at the ports.
