Over 8.3 million Gen Z voters have the eligibility to vote this year. The Daily Iowan talked to a dozen young voters with various thoughts, values, and priorities going into this year’s presidential election.

Iowans from around Johnson County flocked to University of Iowa campus polling locations bright and early to vote in the 2024 election. A historic number of citizens — both in the state of Iowa and across the nation — voted early.
