Kate Gesch, Stage Manager
Kate Gesch holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts Management and Musical Theatre from Eastern Michigan University, where she also stage managed for the Theatre and Dance departments. Prior to joining CYT Dallas in 2016, her professional resume included Stage Management for the Undermain Theatre in Dallas, Dance Studio Management for the Peter Sparling Dance Company in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Box Office/ Front-of House Management for the University of North Texas Department of Dance and Theatre. Kate has served CYT Dallas in multiple roles including Managing Director, Stage Manager, Director, and Teaching Artist. Her most recent directing credits include Newsies (CYT Dallas Summer Stock 2024) and Bye Bye Birdie (CCT Summer Stock 2025.)
Elise Dolan, Choreographer
Elise Dolan is originally from Rockford, Illinois. She has trained in various types of dance including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Modern. Prior to moving to Dallas, she danced at Steps to Grace Dance Academy and performed with their ensemble team for 7 years. Elise was involved with CYT Rockford and performed in musicals at her high school and a community theater. She trained and toured the country with Ingredients Dance Company from 2010-2012. She has also taught dance for 6 years at A Time to Dance Studio in Hickory Creek, TX. Elise has been with CYT Dallas since the start and has loved every minute of it! She is always thrilled to get the chance to instruct others on how to grow in their movement and stage presence and to help them learn what God has called them to do with their gifts and talents. And most importantly how to worship God in everything they do! She loves being a part of the CYT family and is excited to continue to watch it grow!

Caroline grew up off of the movie, she has spent many years aspiring to be like Julie Andrews and has had questionable amount of conversations about it with her choir at church. Warning: the song ‘Do Re Mi’ will mislead you, there is way more to singing than just the notes!

Charissa Gault is a junior at Providence Academy (Rockwall). She has appeared in CYT’s Newsies Summer Stock 2024 as a newsie, as well as in her school’s productions. Outside of theater, Charissa enjoys all forms of visual art, writing poetry and prose, and playing violin. Chase has enjoyed performing in his favorite roles such as Flounder -The Little Mermaid, Winthrop -Music Man, Nemo -Finding Nemo, along with the part of Oliver Warbucks in Annie along with a few others. Chase has grown in his theatrical and musical talent through CYT. The classes offered have helped him grow deeper as a performer. He also enjoys youth group, basketball and boating. Enjoy the show!

James is a high school junior and dedicated pole vaulter. A longtime backstage crew member and occasional performer, he brings experience, energy, and a love of theater to every production. This season, he takes on his first role as assistant stage manager, helping make the show run smoothly on and off the stage.
