S S words exhale. SSSSSSSSigh. Soul lives in breath! Let’s Breathe in. Breathe out.
Surrender? Render Over.
Exhale with an audible sigh… Open up your arms… If you do this you may notice a wider field. This field is always there for you. No abandonment. You can always come home if you learn to trust this mystery.
Spontaneous is a Soul word
Spontaneity is a sign of an open, uncomplicated soul. When you feel open and spontaneous you are in the neighborhood of soul.
When were you spontaneous? As a child, until taught restraint? As an elder tired of stifling life? In a time of loss or poverty when you most needed god’s help?
Strange? Strange, Stranger, and Scary are also soul words. Some scary is good, as in strangely new. Strangers open and surprise us.

Reaction is Not Spontaneous. Reaction forgets to breathe.
O There is an O in Soul! Look in the mirror. Open eyes Open mouth Open heart Open ears Open hands Look for the O inside.

Soul is part of a field that Mystics say is Unlimited, Uninhibited, Unconditional, really big! Is this how U and the Universe Organize?
To be Unconditional is to connect to Love’s wild source. Has this ever happened to U?
Who are U really? A cup, two arms reaching up? The bottom is everyday U. The rim is your arms reaching up to connect to an expansive oceanic U.
Everyday U Holds the depth of life. BIG U dreams and Unites with the Universe. U are both BIG and Small.
Big U opens to energy and ideas that can support everyday life. But you don’t have to be God! When U botch up, big U can bring down mercy.
Life is not about being BIG all the time! Come on Down! Here’s How.
The “L” Word Spontaneous, Open U draws on the most liberating energy we know, LOVE.
Love Such Wondrous Love is a mystery difficult to resist, though we do so for many reasons.
No worries. Even resistance is beautiful to the Strange Love in the Universe.
Love Plays
Play is how humans, animals, and creation flow. Watch the babies, the fire, the wind and birds.
Play induces spontaneous synchronicity, surprise, silliness and mystery. . Play plugs us into something big that we can’t explain.
Love activates when two or more play together, as in a person and their god a couple a group etc.
Players and Prayers are activators.

Note to Self Don’t super glue to any “two or more.” Stuck is the opposite of synchronicity. Stuck goes against SOUL. Connections want to move, expand, be new. This is like an exhale.
On the other hand… Humans need security and support to Open Up!
Many will try to protect us, and confuse security with love.
Is this why….
Religion and Education don’t always embrace Spontaneity Synchronicity Surprise Surrender Suffering Silliness Stillness Openness Love Or U
Body and soul need to dance between security and surrender, spontaneity and support…
Love is precarious! Precarious means “dependant on a power greater than just ourselves.”
Look it up.
So the big secret is… You are Embodied and Ensouled. You Know it when the Soul Loves The Body!
S.O.U. L. Exercise Spontanous Soul Open to Art, Life, Love Be U, big and little Activate Love by playing or praying with two or more.
Note The Divine never forces, closes down, belittles or shames Soul. EVER! If you’ve lost soul qualities because of someone or something, you are not playing with God.
Only You are in charge of your SOUL.
