Check the seat height that is suitable for you and make sure your bike is in roadworthy condition. Make sure your tires have the correct tread and look for flint and other sharp objects that you may have picked up during your London Ride for Charity training. Bring a tire repair kit, spare tire, tire levers, and a pump.
