? s u w a s e h k in h t u o Didy It is school holiday time and what better way to entertain the kids than to take them on a family eye spy road trip to see the Animals on Bikes. Animals on Bikes is a 120km ‘Paddock Art’ sculpture trail located between Molong and the Dubbo Zoo, via Cumnock. The self-drive tourist route is FREE, open all year
round and can be viewed from the comfort of your own car. Cumnock local Christine Weston started the Animals on Bikes project after realising that there were all these creatives in town and Cumnock needed a tourist attraction. “The idea came about because my husband was a jackaroo and he came
across the Tin Horse Highway which is 4 hours out of Perth, so we thought we would do something similar. The one in Perth was only 16km long where ours is 120kms long, so it was a big project! “It is community based and we were amazed at the number of farmers who started putting sculptures up. It
was especially good in drought times as it gave the town something else to talk about,” said Christine. 10 years on now the Animals on Bikes is made up of over 100 sculptures that all range in sizes and shapes. To find out more, this is what Christine recommends. “The best thing is to go to

You have quite a diverse business here at Canobolas Caravan and Marine Centre, tell us a bit about it? It’s a family business, that has been established over 55 years and I’m the third generation. It started off with the caravan park, then we went into caravan sales and then into boat sales and eventually grew the shop for all the accessories.
So what services and products do you offer today? We sell and repair caravans and boats, we sell fishing tackle, water ski gear, caravan accessories and we have 60 sites and 15 ensuite cabins in the caravan park — camping sites as well.
