Our New Mauritius Team supporting Customs Support UK & Ireland

Building a Stronger CSG Dear CSG Team, As we move into the second half of the year, it is a good opportunity to reflect on the progress we have made so far and the direction we continue to take as a business. While the first half of the year has brought its share of challenges, one thing has remained constant: our strategy. We continue to build a stronger, more connected CSG that combines local expertise with a truly pan-European perspective, helping our customers navigate an increasingly complex customs and trade environment. That ambition has taken another important step forward with our expansion into Austria through the acquisition of Trovino. Austria is now our 16th market, further strengthening our presence in the DACH region and reinforcing our ability to support customers across Europe. Increasingly, our customers are looking for a trusted customs partner that can operate seamlessly across multiple countries rather than in just one market. Every new market we add strengthens that proposition and further differentiates Customs Support Group in a rapidly evolving industry. Our geographical expansion is only one part of the story. Alongside acquisitions, we continue investing in the capabilities that will fuel our organic growth, from Artificial Intelligence and digitalisation to strengthening our leadership team and developing our people. Technology will undoubtedly play a bigger role in customs in the years ahead, but our greatest strength will continue to be the expertise of our people. Our investments are designed to support that expertise, helping our teams work smarter while continuing to deliver the high-quality service our customers expect.

Although market conditions remain challenging and trade flows continue to fluctuate, we are encouraged by the momentum we continue to see across the business. Customer demand for our services remains strong, our commercial pipeline continues to develop, and our expanding European footprint places us in a stronger position than ever to support customers as their supply chains become increasingly international. We remain confident in our strategy and in the opportunities that lie ahead. This edition of the CSG Courier reflects many of these developments. You’ll find more about our expansion into Austria, the appointment of several new leaders who will help shape CSG’s next phase of growth, the publication of our 2025 ESG Report, and highlights from events taking place across our markets. Together, these stories demonstrate how CSG continues to evolve while remaining focused on delivering expertise, innovation and outstanding customer service. As always, thank you for your continued commitment, collaboration and hard work. Everything we achieve is only possible because of the dedication and professionalism of colleagues across CSG. Whether you've already enjoyed your summer break, are taking it now, or are still looking forward to it, I hope you have the opportunity to relax, recharge and enjoy some well-deserved time with family and friends. I look forward to everything we will accomplish together in the months ahead. Best regards, John Wegman Chief Executive Officer
