Customs Support Summit: Shaping the Future of Customs and Trade Dear CSG Team, As we approach the halfway point of the year, it is a good moment to reflect on the progress we have made so far and the opportunities that lie ahead. A real highlight of the first half of the year was the firstever Customs Support Summit in Amsterdam, which brought together almost 200 senior clients, prospects, regulators and industry experts from across Europe, with strong support from our Marketing and Sales teams. For me, this event was more than a milestone. It was a clear signal of what CSG is becoming. We are increasingly moving from participating in the customs and trade conversation to actively helping to shape it. This is what we have referred to as CSG 3.0: a more visible, more connected and more expert-driven organisation, trusted by customers and recognised across the industry. The discussions throughout the day reinforced a message we are seeing consistently in the market. Customs is no longer viewed as a back-office compliance activity, but as a strategic capability that directly impacts resilience, cost and competitiveness in global supply chains. At the same time, we continue to operate in a challenging macroeconomic environment. Trade flows remain volatile, geopolitical uncertainty remains high, and customers are adapting quickly to changing regulatory and commercial conditions. While these factors create complexity, they also reinforce the importance of the expertise and services that CSG provides. Encouragingly, our commercial momentum remains strong. Pipeline creation continues to grow, with significantly larger, higher-quality opportunities than last year. Our open pipeline is at a record level, reflecting both the strength of our market position and the increasing demand for the solutions we offer.

However, opportunities alone do not create results. As we move into the second half of the year, our focus remains on converting these opportunities, delivering successfully for our customers, and continuing to expand the value we provide through services such as advisory, classification, AEO support and cross-border customs clearance. Alongside this, we continue to invest in the capabilities that will support CSG’s growth. With more than 3 million customs declarations processed every year across 15 countries, we already sit on a unique level of operational data and insight. Initiatives such as our global Data Warehouse project are an important step in bringing this together, helping us turn that scale into better visibility, stronger decision-making and more efficient ways of working across Customs Support Group. This issue of the CSG Courier highlights several examples of the progress we are making. We are pleased to welcome Denmark as our 15th market, further strengthening our European footprint and our ability to support customers across borders. You will also find more about the World Cup Challenge, which is already bringing colleagues together across CSG in a fun and engaging way. As always, thank you for your continued commitment, collaboration and hard work. The progress we are making is only possible because of the dedication of colleagues across CSG. I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy some welldeserved time to rest, recharge and spend time with family and friends over the summer. The first half of the year has given us plenty to be proud of, and I am confident that our best achievements are still ahead of us. Best regards, John Wegman Chief Executive Officer
