Customs Support Group 3.0: Customer-Centric at Every Step Dear Team, Looking back at 2025, it was a truly transformational year for CSG. Together, we achieved our best-ever organic growth, strengthened cross-border operations, and continued building the capabilities that set us apart as Europe’s leading customs and trade partner. These results were possible thanks to your dedication, expertise, and collaboration across every part of the Group. As we move through 2026, CSG 3.0 is about one thing: becoming a truly customer-centric organisation. In the customs world, many businesses start locally, with close, personal relationships with their customers. As CSG grows in scale, multi-country reach, and complexity, it becomes naturally harder to maintain that same closeness. Being customer-centric means consciously bridging that distance. It’s about putting ourselves in our customers’ shoes: Are we communicating clearly? Do they have what they need, when they need it? Are we measuring success by their experience, not just by our delivery? This philosophy, alongside the digital tools and platforms we are building, will help us maintain and deepen our connection with every customer. Our growth also opens the door to multi-country, cross-border operations – something we excelled at in 2025. In 2026, we will scale delivery with the same quality and consistency, making sure every team, in every country, contributes to an exceptional customer experience. A key part of this is maturing our service portfolio. While brokerage remains our foundation, we are expanding into advisory and other strategic areas. The growth of our Customs & Trade Advisory,
strengthened by the DOJÖ acquisition, demonstrates how listening to the market and structuring our services creates tangible value. At the same time, developing a more defined portfolio around industry verticals will allow us to deliver targeted solutions and launch more impactful campaigns for our customers. Finally, being customer-centric is also about our people. Building consistent talent strategies, developing our teams, and improving the overall employee experience ensures that everyone at CSG can contribute to this shared mission. In this issue of CSG Courier, you’ll find highlights of key initiatives shaping our growth and customer focus, including what lies ahead in 2026 for our digitalisation journey, and our new Customs Support Talks webinar series, designed to share knowledge, spark discussion, and turn everyday challenges into practical insights.
