BOOKING INFORMATION

Our website is available 24/7 for online bookings. It is safe and easy to use, ensuring you can purchase tickets with confidence. Opening times for telephone enquiries are 12pm – 8pm on show days and 12pm – 6pm on non-show days. You will still be able to book in-person at Curve from 10am when the building opens and the team will be able to offer advice on seating, access requirements and any other questions you might have in-person before telephone lines open at 12pm. All tickets purchased are done so under our standard terms and conditions, which are available to view online.

All tickets are sold subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Attendance, available on our website.

All tickets are non-refundable except in the case of a cancelled or rescheduled performance.

A non-refundable £2 booking fee will be added to all orders where a monetary value is attributed to the ticket price.

Published ticket prices include a contribution which is invested back into the organisation.

All performance details and content descriptions are correct at the time of print and are subject to change and interpretation.

All tickets are sold in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016.

For the majority of shows and performances, we offer discounted ticket prices for:

• Curve Loyalty Pass holders

• Supporters Scheme

• Groups of 6+

• School or Youth Groups 10+

• Customers with additional needs, with free tickets for Essential Companions

Only one discount is available per ticket and cannot be applied retrospectively. All prices, concessions, offers and discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.
