Acceptance Letter Financial Aid Offer FAFSA Submission Summary from the college/university that you plan to attend from your completed 2026-27 FAFSA Form from the college/university that you plan to attend
Congratulations!
This is your letter or email from the college or university to inform you that you’ve been accepted for the 2026-27 academic year.
You may have more than one acceptance letter. If so, be sure to upload the one for the school you plan to attend!

Your financial aid offer is a letter from your university that details the amount and types of financial aid your school is offering to you. This can include student loans, scholarships, grants, and work study.
This document is most often made available in your college account, but it can also be mailed to your home address or emailed.
NOTE: Each school’s financial aid offer may look different, but the overall concept and information are the same.

Your FAFSA Submission Summary contains your Student Aid Index (SAI), information about your Federal Student Aid eligibility, and your FAFSA form answers.
Your FSS is made available to you at StudentAid.gov after you and any contributor(s) have completed and signed your FAFSA form and it has been processed.
You do not have to upload the entire FSS, but we must be able to see your Student Aid Index (SAI) in order to process your Last Dollar Grant application.

Visit StudentAid.gov and log in to your account with your (the students) StudentAid.gov account.

You can take a screenshot of your FAFSA Submission Summary, or you can save it as a PDF document.
To save as a PDF: Click “Print This Page” Choose option to save as PDF.

Your FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS) is missing the Student Aid Index (SAI). We need the your SAI to process your application!
Financial Aid Offer doesn’t show all grants, scholarships, and loans being offered to you. We need all financial aid being offered to you for the entire school year to process your application!
Your acceptance letter and financial aid offer aren’t from the same institution.
