MAKE A PLAN TO VOTE

1 - you MUST have your photo ID 2 - you can see a sample ballot before you go vote to learn about the candidates.

CHOOSE 1 OF 2 OPTIONS

OPTION 1: EARLY VOTING OCT. 17-NOV. 2

Early voting runs October 17-November 2. Early votes count the exact same as a vote on Election Day. There is zero difference. Click here to view Forsyth County’s dates & times (possibly even a weekend!) so you can plan a time to vote that is convenient to you. Take your photo ID!

OPTION 2: NOV.5GO TO YOUR ASSIGNED POLLING PLACE

No school! On Nov. 5, you can only vote at your assigned polling place. NC polls are open 6:30am-7:30pm & you must have a valid ID. If there is a line, WAIT. Today is your last chance to vote. If you are in line by 7:30pm, you are legally entitled to cast your vote.
