LDG ELIGIBILITY ESTIMATE FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS - FOUR-YEAR COLLEGE This worksheet is designed to demonstrate if a student would be a good candidate to apply for Last Dollar Grant, and does not constitute an offer or guarantee that any student will receive Last Dollar Grant funding. All students must first apply for Last Dollar Grant to be considered. Last Dollar Grants are need-based aid and are not awarded to every student who completes the Crosby Scholars Program.

If student is planning to attend a four year college or university, please use this sheet and input the following information into the Needs-Analysis Formula.
