THE JULY VACATION PAYOUT IS APPROACHING! For the July Vacation Payout, you will receive correspondence confirming the status of your payout. If you opted for electronic delivery, you will receive an email. Otherwise, you will receive a mailer. The envelope size will indicate what’s required from you.
9 Small envelope: Contains information for your review only. No action is required, and you will receive the July payout if you previously selected this option. 9 If you opted for electronic delivery check your email!
To prepare for the July distribution, On-Demand Withdrawals will not be available between June 8th through July 5th, and the last day for OnDemand requests will be 9pm on June 7th.
9 Large envelope: Indicates that forms or information may be missing. All enclosed documents must be completed and returned by June 1st.

Two Payments Annually, Direct Deposit only, must have forms on file.
Required:
• Participant Information Form • Dues Authorization Form • July Authorization Form • Valid Banking Documents
On-Demand Withdrawals:
Up to two withdrawals annually, direct deposit only, must have required forms on file, and 12 months work history, available balance includes work hours received up until 2 months prior to the request date, automatic $120 withholding, without an authorization for Window Dues on file the $120 will be paid to the participant with next scheduled payout, requests are made through MemberXG. If there is no Dues Authorization on file, Dues will be paid with VSLPTO subject to collection by the WSRCC.

July withdrawals continue automatically every year once you’re enrolled, so you’ll need to opt out. Reach out to the CSAC Administrative Office before June 1, 2026, to make the switch or email web-vaca@ csacbenefits.org
