Record-setting 23,090 Sign Up to Lead Rosary Rallies Across America
HANOVER, Penn., Sept. 3, 2025 / Christian Newswire/ — Street corners across America will be lifted in prayer this October 11 as 23,090 dedicated individuals have stepped up to become rally captains for the annual Public Square Rosary Crusade. This breaks the previous record of 22,662 rallies set in 2024, illustrating a continuing rise in the public’s desire to make reparation and pray for the conversion of America. Captains will gather friends and family to recite the holy rosary together, sing hymns to the Blessed Mother, and pray for intentions.

The annual Public Square Rosary Crusade, organized by America Needs Fatima, was started in 2007 to bring attention to the Miracle of the Sun that took place near Fatima at noon on October 13, 1917. On that day, 70,000 people witnessed the sun “dance” in a biblical and brilliant display of the power of God through the intercession of His Holy Mother – and was a sign that Our Lady keeps her promises.
Since 2007, America Needs Fatima has helped organize more than 354,000 individual rosary rallies in towns

and cities across America – bringing millions of people together in prayer. Each rally varies in size from a handful of friends to several dozen community members gathering for this most urgent purpose.
“The Fatima message continues to offer a remedy to the insanity in today’s society,” Francis Slobodnik, district manager, America Needs Fatima, said. “Each rally has a ripple effect, touching those who participate as well as the countless who walk or drive by. Each is a clear acknowledgement of our need to ask God to save us from so much moral corruption and chaos to ask the Blessed Mother for her protections.”
America Needs Fatima (www.ANF.org) is a campaign of the American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP). In addition to coordinating national public rosary rallies, America Needs Fatima promotes the Fatima message and Catholic culture by bringing the statue of Our Lady of Fatima to private home visitations, organizing protests against blasphemies, distributing millions of rosaries, devotional items and calendars, and more.

Protecting Texan Youth from Immorality
A group of dedicated TFP-ANF friends and supporters organized a rally outside Irving Public Library in Irving, Texas, to protest against Pride books and exhibits at the library.
Rally captain John said the group chose to host the rally when they heard the library had LGBT/Pride books aimed at children on display and exhibits that promote unnatural vice, homosexuality and gender fluidity.

Although it rained throughout the rally, John said they remained dedicated to praying and received more than 330 honks of support from passersby. There was a good mix of men and women of all ages at the rally and they prayed five decades of the rosary.
“Though we could not breach over a thousand honks due to the shortened length of the rally, it was very blessed. There was a spirit of calm and cohesion. No one complained. Everyone seemed at peace. Even though

by worldly standards, it wasn’t ideal, everyone felt as if we had done something pleasing to God and Our Lady,” he said.

Defeating Satan’s Attack Against Catholics
As the blasphemous Paranormal Cirque continues to travel around the country, our prayer warriors keep responding by hosting peaceful protest rallies in their towns.
Rally captain Connie and her friends gathered outside their church in Middletown, New York, to make reparation against this vile event taking place at a local mall.
The group held their banner facing the road so passersby could see what they were doing. Connie said they answered questions from many people who were

interested in the rally. They also encouraged others to join them at future rallies to help defend our Faith and defeat Satan’s attacks against the Catholic religion. Overall, Connie said it was a very successful event. “There were no challenges for us on this day. Mother Mary was with us. I felt her presence and her guidance. I felt honored to be invited and to be named captain of this rally. My husband and I were joyous to respond to the call of God.”
Forgotten Truths
“Each feast of the liturgical calendar brings an effusion of special graces with it. Whether men want or not, grace knocks at the door of their souls in a more sublime, meeker, more insistent way during the Christmas season.”

Drying the Tears of Our Lady with Grand Gesture in Milwaukee and Chicago
A dedicated group of prayer warriors recently organized two rosary rally flotillas along the shore of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee’s Veteran’s Park and on Devon Avenue Beach near Loyola University Chicago as reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
During the rallies, a beautiful Pilgrim Virgin statue of Our Lady of Fatima was placed on a pedestal in the prow of a sailboat adorned with medieval flags. The rosary was led by two heralds proclaiming the prayer of the rosary on megaphones.

Rally captain Rex said, “People wonder why we do a rosary rally flotilla. The answer is simple. The way her statue cried in New Orleans was an extraordinary event and the world ignores it. That’s why we made a commitment to commemorate her weeping every year with a grand gesture.”

The group has done the rallies since 2022 and received many signs from Our Lady that she is pleased with this grand gesture, including the appearance of seven rainbows last year.

Blasphemy is Not Education
Grand Valley University has returned to mocking Our Lady
Earlier this year, following public outcry from a group of TFPANF supporters, the university relocated a blasphemous mural against the Mother of God from public display. However, it has since been reinstalled within the provost’s office in a move that foments blasphemy and anti-Catholicism.
This so-called artwork features manipulated images of Our Lady of Guadalupe overlaid with pro-LGBT phrases, rainbow flags and immoral imagery.
When we first spoke out against this immoral display, rally captain Meredith organized a peaceful protest rally on the university’s campus in Allendale, Michigan.
“We are fighting a supernatural battle. Desecrating this sacred image of Our Lady is going too far,” she said. “Simply relocating this does not change the sacrilegious nature of it. It is offensive to God and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.”

Our world is in desperate need of God’s blessings and Our Lady’s intercession. Each year, the Christmas season renews our hope in the promises of Jesus Christ—the greatest gift ever given.

Yet in today’s culture, this sacred time is under attack. Atheists and secular voices openly mock Christmas and work tirelessly to strip Christ from His own holy day. From blasphemous displays to the commercialization of the season, even to public protests, society seeks to distort or destroy the true meaning of Christmas.
But faithful souls are standing strong. Across the country, courageous rally captains are leading Keep Christ in Christmas rallies, bringing prayer and peace into the public square. Their witness reminds us that no amount of noise from the world can silence the truth: Christmas belongs to Christ. On that first Christmas, God gave His Son to the world because He “so loved the world” (John 3:16). There can be no
Christmas without Christ. His birth is the triumph of divine love—the love that conquered sin and death through His sacrifice.
Just as Jesus was unafraid to answer His Father’s call, we too must be bold in defending His presence in our lives and in our nation. That is why we are inviting you to join this effort. Will you host a Keep Christ in Christmas rally in your community? Gather with friends, family and fellow Catholics on any weekend from Advent through December. Your public witness can help restore Christ to the heart of Christmas.

This Advent and Christmas season, let us answer Our Lady’s call to prayer and proudly celebrate the birth of Jesus, the Prince of Peace.
Sincerely,
In Jesus and Mary,

Help Us Keep Christ In Christmas with an Advent Rosary Rally
The war on Christmas grows more intense each year as atheists try to leave Christ completely out of Christmas or mock and blaspheme this very holy and sacred time of the year.
However, as they do throughout the year, our TPFANF friends and supporters continue to respond to these vile attacks with the power of prayer. This year, we’re encouraging everyone to host a rosary rally on any weekend from the beginning of Advent through December to remind everyone to keep Christ in
Christmas.
We continue to hear from our rally captains about what the power of prayer means to them: Wally in California said, “We will continue to do a rosary rally every Saturday for as long as we are alive. We’ve been doing them weekly for several years at the most public area of the city and even made wind proof banners so we can pray no matter what the weather conditions are.”
