Protests Lead to Removal of Blasphemous Image of Our Lady at Michigan University Following public outcry from a group of TFP-ANF supporters, Grand Valley State University relocated a blasphemous piece of “art” that mocked Our Lady of Guadalupe. Rally captain Meredith organized a rally on the university’s campus in Allendale, Michigan, to make reparation against a sacrilegious mural that depicted perversions of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Due to the protests from our supporters, as well as Christian students, lawmakers and the general public, the university relocated the image from its Kirkhof Center. However, Meredith said she will continue to fight for its permanent removal from the campus. Meredith said, “We are fighting a supernatural battle. Desecrating this sacred image of Our Lady is going too far. Simply relocating this is not what the president’s office told me earlier this morning. It does not change the sacrilegious nature of it. It is offensive to God and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.”
