We are soon approaching the very auspicious day, Gimmel Tammuz. This day comes in close proximity with Sivan 28, the auspicious day that the Rebbe MH"M and the Rebbetzin arrived in the United States.
Obviously, these are very opportune days, when one should again evaluate his or her "Hiskashrus" (connection) with the Rebbe, and more important, to utilize these special days to 'strengthen' the Hiskashrus to the Rebbe.
"KuPaS Rabbeinu," was established with the full consent and blessing of the Rebbe, with its purpose and goal to make every effort that all of the Rebbe's activities, institutions etc. continue unchanged. by supporting Kupas Rabbeinu, one is actually participating in many of the Rebbe's activities, and thus strengthening their Hiskashrus to the Rebbe.
With this in mind, we therefore urge each and everyone of anash, men and women to support Kupas Rabbeinu in every possible way.
May we all merit that the Rebbe Melech Hamoshiach will be revealed and lead us all to the true and final Geulah NOW MAMOSH

Hello, Am I Home?

With 176 verses, Naso is the longest portion in the Torah. It is always read right before or right after Shavuot. This is an indication that there must really be something to be learned here.
The Parshah starts with the responsibilities of the tribe of Levi, which includes transporting the Mishkan. Then we have the priestly blessing given by the kohanim. Finally, it ends with the offerings brought by the princes of each of the Israelite tribes at the time of the Mishkan’s inauguration. Each class of Jews is mentioned with regards to its service in the context of the Mishkan, which binds us all together.
What central lessons can be learned from these three sections—the Levites’ responsibilities, the kohanim’s blessing and the Israelites’ inaugural offerings?
The service of the Levi was manual labor, moving and hauling parts of the Mishkan. This teaches us that even physical work can be holy. We must serve G‑d not only with Torah and mitzvahs, but with our physical day to day actions.
We are told that, with love, the kohen blesses all of the Jewish people with physical abundance, grace and peace. At that time he is made to recognize that G‑d loves and values every Jew, in every place and at every moment, and wants only the
best for him and her. So must we realize the value of each Jew and seek to have them included in G‑d’s service. We must find pleasure in each other’s good fortune, and seek to help those who haven’t found theirs yet.
It seems that the 12 princes brought the same offering. But if one is to delve deeper into the symbolism of each offering, you will find that what seemed to look the same was unique in meaning, and therefore truly different. This is why each offering had to be separately recorded in the Torah. Though they look alike, they are not. When we do a mitzvah, it might seem that it is the same as the next person’s mitzvah: we both put on tefillin, or we both light Shabbat candles, etc. In truth, we are all different. Though we are doing the same actions, the mitzvahs are as unique as the individuals performing them. No one can do your mitzvah.
So you see, your physical actions are holy, your physical prosperity is cherished, and your mitzvahs are unique. We can’t do without you.
Writing these weekly messages has made me realize that I have my own way of seeing the world. It has made me realize that I have something different to contribute. Thanks to you, I feel that my efforts are valued, and I feel loved and cherished.

The Error On The Map Of America
TO GAZE UPON THE KING
The mashpia, R’ Shmuel Gronem, explained with a parable what the significance is in the kavana of tefilla needing to be in order to see the glory of the King of kings, Hashem: A great king issued an announcement that whoever wanted to enter the palace of the king could do so at a certain time. The palace would be opened to all and they could enjoy it and its treasures.
Many people went and used the time just to look at the pictures, beautiful objects, and fine decorations but they were barely able to see a fraction of the treasures.
One wise man did not look at the ornaments. He said, “I don’t want to see adornments and pictures. My request of the king is that he make a hole or crack through which I can see the king in his magnificent chamber.” He then spent all day observing the king.

IT RESONATED WITH R’ CHAIM
After the big conference of rabbis and communal leaders that took place in Petersburg, the Rebbe Rashab and Rabbi Chaim Soloveitchik of Brisk had to tarry there.
On the second day of Shavuos, R’ Chaim had the meal with the Rebbe who said a deep maamar Chassidus on the verse, “Lift up your eyes and see who created these.” The Rebbe spoke about recognizing G-dliness in creation and based what he said on the Medrash on the verse, “Bless Hashem, my soul” - “Just as the soul fills the body, so G-d fills the world.”
The Rebbe explained that just as Avrohom
recognized the Creator by examining creation, so too, every person can contemplate the light and energy of the soul in his body and come to know and recognize the divine light and energy in the world, as it says, “from my flesh I perceive G-d.” At Mattan Torah the ability was given to recognize the Creator, blessed be He, because “the entire world is full of His glory.”
R’ Chaim thanked the Rebbe for the words of Torah and said that they had resonated with him and that until then, despite descending from Chassidim on his mother’s side from his grandfather or great-grandfather, he had never heard nor known Chassidic ideas.

THE ERROR ON THE MAP OF AMERICA
When the Alter Rebbe was in prison, one of the interrogators tested him in a number of subjects. One of the questions he asked him was whether he knew geography and the Rebbe said he did.
The ministers showed him a new map which included a new continent, America. The Rebbe pointed at a certain error. A debate ensued between the Rebbe and the interrogators until they admitted that he was right.
They were amazed, and in response to their asking how he knew this when the map was the first one to come to Russia, the Rebbe said that the world appears in the letter beis of the word “Bereishis” and that was the source of his knowledge.

6 chicken legs and thighs, skin removed if desired
1/4 cup light mayonnaise or Haddar Dijon Mustard
1 (14-ounce) package Gefen Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Gefen Cooking Spray
PREPARATION
1. Coat the chicken in mayonnaise or Dijon mustard and then flavored breadcrumbs, pressing to coat well.
2. Place on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet, and spray liberally with cooking spray.
3. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to an hour.

"Rebbe," Lulav said angrily, "why didn't you stand up when the guards told you to? They were simply trying to tell you that your current situation in prison will be improving soon! When the guards tell you to stand up, you must obey!"
The Frierdiker Rebbe did not answer. Lulav's voice rose in warning: "Rebbe, if you ignore the guards, they will hit you again!" Still, the Rebbe said nothing. Lulav’s threats didn’t scare him at all.
Rebbe's cell. This time, another Yiddishe officer named Kovalov had joined them. Kovalov stared at the Rebbe, his face twisting with rage. “Stand up!” he shouted. "I will not stand." The Frierdiker Rebbe replied calmly.
For the third time, the guards beat the Frierdiker Rebbe. As the group began to stomp out of the cell, Kovalov turned around. In a voice shaking with anger, he screamed, "We'll teach you a lesson!” The Frierdiker Rebbe looked at him steadily and answered: "I’m not sure who will teach whom…"
