Dear Friends of Cristo Rey Jesuit Seattle,
With deep gratitude and joy, we share our first CRJS Gratitude Report. This milestone reflects the goodness of God, the generosity of this community, and the extraordinary spirit of partnership that has made Cristo Rey Jesuit Seattle possible. Every day, as our students arrive in our classrooms and at workplaces across the Puget Sound, they carry the hope you have helped ignite.
From the earliest days of the 2022 feasibility study, we have been humbled by the tremendous generosity of Seattle’s business and philanthropic leaders Your belief in our mission to provide a rigorous college-prep education, faith formation, and real-world experience to students of limited economic means has opened doors that once seemed out of reach Because of you, our students enjoy professional and academic experiences that exceed even their lofty dreams
This report is more than a collection of data. It is a tribute to the people who bring our mission to life. Our faculty and staff bring energy and excellence to the classroom every day. Our Board of Directors guides us with wisdom and opens doors throughout Seattle, with special thanks to our campaign co-chairs, Bob Ratliffe and Soozi Sinegal McGill. Our more than 40 Corporate Work Study partners mentor and support our students as they grow into young professionals of the highest caliber.
The future does have a name, and its name is hope. —Pope Francis
Most importantly, we celebrate the CRJS students and parents who took a leap of faith in our new school Their trust reminds us why CRJS exists: to transform lives through education rooted in Jesuit values and unique opportunities for growth offered by our work-study partners
Thank you for walking this journey with us. The impact you have made already is profound, and we know the best is yet to come.
As you read these pages, know that each of our early achievements is rooted in your generosity and the work of the Holy Spirit. You have helped create not only a brand-new Catholic high school, but a vibrant, multicultural community where hope takes root and grows. We are grateful to Father Scott Connolly, whose recent decision to sell a significant portion of land and buildings at St. Paul Parish to CRJS ensures that our school has a home for generations to come. Together, we are proving that when faith, hard work, and partnership unite, remarkable things happen. With gratitude and hope,

J Hogan President
