JACKSON, Tenn. - Jackson police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a man investigators believe was involved in a crash Friday morning that killed a woman. Police say Justin Graves is believed to have been involved in the crash that happened near the intersection of North Highland Avenue and Pine Tree Drive on November 22.
HAYWOOD COUNTY MAN WANTED BY US MARSHALS HAYWOOD COUNTY, Tenn. (WMC) - A Haywood County man who is considered to be armed and dangerous is wanted by US Marshals. According to the Haywood County Sheriffís Office, Skyler Smith is wanted on a supervised release violation petition that was issued out of the United States District Court in Jackson, Tennessee on Oct. 15. Smith has pending charges in Haywood County, which include being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. If you see Smith, youíre asked to take him into custody and hold until the U.S. Marshalís Service comes to get him. Deputies say to use caution when dealing with Smith.

They use skills like changing up his travel routes and the patterns of when he moves around. One of the best opportunities to see him though is when the rut is on and he just might† let his guards down long enough for you to get that once in a hunters lifetime to get one. Woman killed, daughter arrested after shooting in Panola County PANOLA COUNTY, Miss. -- One woman was killed and her daughter arrested after a shooting Sunday night in Panola County. The Panola County coroner said Pearlie Hamilton was shot Sunday night around 9 p.m. in front of her home on Fudge Town Road. Her daughter, Labraysha Hamilton, 23, is charged with murder and will appear before a judge Tuesday. Multiple people at the home Monday said the two had a history of arguing. Deputies have been called to the house in the past, but nothing ever escalating to this level of violence. It's unclear what sparked the fight. Deputies would only say it was a domestic violence call.

Police say Graves, along with three others, are believed to have run from the crash before officers arrived. The individuals were seen on nearby surveillance cameras. Police say when officers arrived at the crash, they found a woman with life-threatening injuries. She later died from the injuries she sustained in the crash, according to police. Graves is also wanted on a charge of failure to appear in Madison County. The investigation into the crash is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Jackson Police Department at (731) 425-8400.

It’s about the children.” $140 McNeal told the woman that “it’s personal,”and that “I’m not done with it,” according to court documents. Twin Sets The woman walked away from McNeal to the drink court, and McNeal followed her $130 back to the front counter, talking about an article the woman’s husband had written, according to court documents. Court documents say McNeal continued to be loud and have ìoffensive and disruptiveî behavior.

Obituary for Evan Brown Jr. of Stantonville, TN

Evan Brown, Jr was born July 8, 1929 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Evan Brown, Sr. and Edith Dickey Brown. He was united in marriage to Nona Jean Smith on March 3, 1951. Mrs. Brown preceded him in death on December 9, 2015. They were married for 64 wonderful years. Mr. Brown retired from Pickwick Electric Cooperative after 44 years of servicing the communities of McNairy and Hardin Evan Brown, Jr County. He was a member of Meeks Grove Freewill Baptist Church and the Adamsville Masonic Lodge. He was known to trade tractors, knives, and watches. He was called upon by several neighbors and friends to locate farm equipment. He and his wife loved to fish in their pond. Once a year, they would host a fish fry inviting 50 to 60 close friends and neighbors. They also hosted in their home canasta, card and board games with close friends. There was also a close group of friends that gathered weekly to play dominoes. He enjoyed being around people and was never short on conversation. His greatest enjoyment was his family and church family. Mr. Brown departed this life on November 21, 2019 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 90 Years, 4 Months, 13 Days. He is survived by a son, Ricky Brown (Lekie) of Jackson, TN; a brother, Bobby Neal Brown and wife Laurie of Stantonville, TN; three grandchildren, Lydia Lynn Brown, Austin Lynn Brown, Andrew Tyler Brown; a great-grandson, Atlas Evan Brown; a dear family friend, Dorothy Evans of Bethel Springs, TN; and a host of extended family and friends. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Brown was preceded in death by a sister, Mary (Brown) Phillips; two brothers, James T. (Buddy) Brown and Olan Kendrick Brown. CrimeSEEN

Just Thinking Out Loud by Bill Marable What if I told you there’s a factory in East Jackson that hires locally, while maintaing a staff of “speciallized” international workers as well. What if I told you that in addition to providing jobs, this factory also cleans the air that we breathe. How would you react as a resident of East Jackson to this information? Well it looks like Jackson City Councilman Johnny Dodd has pulled off that very feat in District 2. According to Councilman Dodd, plans for a hemp product facility have been in the works for quite some time. “We had to make sure everything was ok with the police department and that we were following all regulations and everything, but ultimately felt that bringing the facility to East Jackson would be a win-win for District 2 and the City of Jackson,” said Councilman Dodd.
