1.75kg Seasoned Wedges

1. Dice the onion and chorizo into small cubes.

500g Pizza Sauce

2. Cook the frozen wedges as per packet instructions.

200g Baby Spinach

3. Meanwhile, fry the onion and chorizo until browned.

50g Red Onion 100g Chorizo 400g Diced Steamed Chicken

Then add the chicken, spinach and pizza sauce to the pan. 4. Once cooked, mix together the wedges and sauce and divide between serving dishes.
