Directions
750g Wholewheat Pasta
1. Dice the onions and cut the brocolli into florets.
750g Broccoli
2. Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.

3. Roast the salmon at 180C until cooked in the center.
750g Lemon & Pepper Salmon
4. Fry off the onion and blanch the broccoli until the stalks
500g Reduced Fat Soft Cream Cheese
are tender.
4 Lemons (Juice)
5. Drain the pasta and return to the pan.
500ml Water
6. Flake the salmon then add to the pasta pan with cream
