Directions
150g Pitted Dates
1. Soak the dates in a bowl of water 1-2 hours.
200ml Coconut Milk
2. Drain the water and place the dates in a blender. Add
2 Bananas
the bananas, coconut milk, cinnamon and salt.
325g Whole Oats
3. Blend on full speed until it becomes a smooth paste.
110g Raisins
4. Add all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and
100g Dried Apricots 80g Pumpkin Seeds 60g Chia Seeds 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

mix in the date paste. 5. Place the mix into a pre-lined tray and compact down. 6. Place into the fridge to set for overnight where possible or 3-4 hours.
