India, CRM training
We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the CRM training program, conducted on 7th and 8th July 2026 at Hotel Le Meridien, Gurgaon. The training was organised to strengthen employees’ knowledge and practical understanding of CRM processes, daily activities, customer data, lead tracking, and the sales pipeline. The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees across functions, with attendees actively engaging in discussions, live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and real-world business scenarios. The sessions focused on the practical application of a day in the life of a salesperson, including system navigation, customer records, lead and opportunity tracking, reporting, and pending actions, helping to enhance productivity and visibility across the sales cycle. The feedback received from participants was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the relevance and effectiveness of the training. The successful go live marks another important milestone in our digital transformation journey and reinforces our commitment to adopting best-in-class tools and processes that drive business excellence. By empowering teams to effectively utilise CRM, we are taking a significant step toward improving data accuracy, customer engagement, and overall business performance. We extend our sincere appreciation to all participants for their active involvement and commitment throughout the program. A special note of gratitude to Salli Churchill, Coskun Yay, and Janine Ross for their exceptional support and guidance. Their expertise, dedication, and ability to simplify complex concepts played a pivotal role in making the training engaging, insightful, and impactful for all attendees.
