THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING CRCL'S RESTORATION PROGRAMS The Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana was the first statewide nonprofit dedicated to coastal restoration, and we’ve accomplished a lot over the years. We couldn’t do it without our members, our volunteers, our partners and our funders. But we also couldn’t do it without a lot of equipment. The physical work of plantings trees and grasses and recycling oyster shells takes a lot of different tools, as does processing volunteers and even delivering all the equipment from our storage facility to our work sites. We use clip boards, folding tables, charging stations, calipers, drones, tents and more to help restore our coast, and we use them hard. That’s a good thing, because it means we’re accomplishing a lot. But it also means we have to replace our equipment periodically. Now you can help. We’ve created this handy wish list of what we need for upcoming volunteer events.

VOLUNTEER PICNIC TABLES These picnic tables will live at CRCL’s new oyster shell recycling site in Violet, LA where we hold volunteer events. Our vision is to cultivate a space for community engagement in coastal restoration. The picnic table will foster a friendly space for gathering.

CALIPER SET Calipers are used to enhance our scientific monitoring protocol. Calipers are used for annual check-up trips out to our tree planting and oyster reef restoration projects. Using the data collected on monitoring trips, this data, we can draw conclusions about the success of our projects. - $12.99

Handtrucks will be used to assist in constructing our recycled oyster reefs. Once volunteers fill bags with recycled shells, they are stacked onto handtrucks for transport onto wooden pallets. Once hundreds of pallets are stacked up, we are ready to deploy a costal restoration project! - $87.79
