A year ago, MRI Software wasn’t sure about the future of office space. The real estate technology company, based in Solon, faced a looming lease expiration at its 100,000-square-foot headquarters. Executives considered relocating or downsizing in place. In July, though, MRI opted to stay put,
renewing a long-term lease on the entire building as a new landlord stepped in. Swagelok has changed. That’s not something anyone who knows the company would say lightly. The Solon manufacturer of highly engineered fittings and advanced metal components, for everyone from NASA to Intel, has long prided itself on not changing.
