Share their experiences and knowledge with peers
Peer education is an extracurricular program in which students from the same age group or community share knowledge and skills topics or issues that affect students. The aim of peer education is to inform and influence behaviour change among individuals in the same age group or community.

Discussion groups in residences • Communication skills: Peer educators learn to effectively communicate with their peers in a non-judgmental and understanding manner. • Leadership skills: Peer educators develop leadership skills when they are responsible for coordinating and leading group discussions. • Problem-solving skills: Through peer discussions, peer educators learn how to identify and solve problems in a collaborative manner. • Interpersonal skills: Peer educators learn to build meaningful relationships with their peers while also creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
