• On making a provisional booking, a nontransferable deposit of 10% will be required within 14 days in order to secure the booking.
• If a deposit is not received within this time, the space will be released without notice.
• The final payment for all Christmas parties to be made by 31st October 2025. Any bookings made after this date requires pre payment in full. All payments are strictly NONREFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. No refunds will be given for lost deposits.
