HOW DO I GET CREDIT?
Watch for and click on the Save Code Letter button as they appear in your viewer throughout the day. There will be approximately 3 codes that display per hour

At the conclusion of the session you will be able to access your certificate after submitting the attendance codes in the viewer on the Credit tab. Assuming all attendance codes have been submitted, you will able to download your certificate on the viewer You can also obtain it via the Launch Session tab in the Portal, where you can click on the Certificate button If you need partial credit, please contact the help desk for assistance
