The Virtual reality event held at the Santos Manuel Student Union is an important event that was held to inform the student population on why the conflict in Gaza needs to come to a ceasefire. There needs to be more events on virtual reality to inform students across college campuses why the war needs to stop and how the images preserved through virtual reality can preserve the way of life in Gaza before the war started. The images show that there needs to be a cease-fire because we are dealing with humans who have not been able to go on with their lives since the war started. The main purpose of the event is to show students how lives can be rebuilt through international intervention and by
providing more aid to residents affected by the conflict. There must be awareness of what must be done to provide aid to the residents of Gaza affected by the war and the relief that needs to be provided.
Fontana Sheriff ’s Station Successfully Apprehends Suspect in Bloomington Shooting Incident By Giovoni Gonzales Staff Reporter

Fontana, CA - February 28, 2024 - In a testament to the dedication and prompt response of the Fontana Sheriff’s Station, a critical incident unfolded on Monday, February 26, 2024, at approximately 9:06 p.m. when deputies received a 9-1-1 call reporting a shooting at a residence on the 18000 block of Santa Ana Avenue in the unincorporated area of Bloomington.
Deputies Dominic Rapisardi and Mark Smoot, part of the Fontana Station, acted with remarkable efficiency as they arrived at the scene to find a male adult victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Displaying commendable skill, the deputies immediately administered life-saving measures before the victim was urgently transported to Arrowhead Regional Medical
Center (ARMC). The ensuing investigation unraveled a disturbing sequence of events involving a heated argument between the victim and the suspect, later identified as 22-year-old Armen Joshua Mata. The altercation escalated when Mata, in a reprehensible act, shot the victim multiple times before fleeing the
